    After a disappointing experience at another hotel in town (the Gazebo Inn), we were so relieved to find the Rosebud Inn — and it completely turned our trip around! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality here was warm, genuine, and welcoming. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, offering friendly smiles and helpful suggestions for local attractions. Our room was spotless, fresh, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The property felt safe and peaceful, and you can tell the team here truly takes pride in keeping it clean and inviting. The location was perfect — close to the main strip but still quiet enough for a good night’s rest. The breakfast was a nice touch, and the overall atmosphere made us feel like valued guests rather than just another booking. If you’ve had a rough stay elsewhere or just want to start with the best, I highly recommend the Rosebud Inn. The kindness and care we experienced here were a night-and-day difference from our previous stop, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

    Rating: 6.5/10 Our stay at this hotel was average, with a mix of positives and areas that need improvement. While the building has received some cosmetic updates like fresh paint, the structure itself is clearly old. The furniture in the room was outdated and felt quite fragile. That said, the room was more spacious than we expected, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom, however, was small and had peeling paint, which made it feel poorly maintained. Another downside was the strong smoking smell near the back entrance—it was unpleasant and gave a bad first impression each time we entered through that area. The pool was also disappointing—it was quite small compared to most hotel pools, and not very inviting for families or groups looking to relax or swim. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and courteous, and the breakfast offered was good and well-managed. Overall, this hotel might be fine for a short stay if you’re not expecting much, but in our opinion, it’s more of a 2-star experience rather than the 3-star rating it claims. With some genuine upgrades, it could be much better.
