Thousand Hills Resort Hotel in Branson, MO

This was our second stay at Thousand Hill Resort Hotel. Clean place and affordable. I booked the updated King room. Although it was nice, it did not appear updated. The breakfast was decent. It is a nice location and walking distance to many things to do. Right across the street from the aquarium and our favorite eating spot, Cakes and Creams. We will book here again.

First, the beds were made the room was cleaned not too bad. Second , the key cards didn't work after two day's and the breakfast was good it was average then the hot tub was dirty not bad bad but dirty over 5ft deep out side I'm 5'4 and couldn't touch. the manager was in the elevator with us we said."we have been here multiple times but we probably won't comeback.

We booked an "updated" room. We were in rooms 331 and 333. If these were updated rooms, I would hate to see the rooms that have not been updated. The furniture was peeling , chipped sinks/counters and peeling paint. All that aside, the rooms were filthy. Check in was smooth and friendly. All staff was friendly. The TV didn't work in one room, when we called the front desk regarding the TV we were informed that maintenance had left for the day. This was 7pm!!! A hotel that size, Saturday and no maintenance??? The front desk clerk was very apologetic and offered to move us to a room with a working television. I declined, after having cleaned the room myself and wasn't up for packing up, cleaning another room and unpacking. The straw that broke the camels back: Upon checking in they give you a pamphlet stating that the restaurant was open till 10pm. Our kids got out of the pool at 8, showered and headed down at 9pm to get a pizza. The restaurant was CLOSED. I called the front desk to complain. The gentleman was friendly and apologetic, AGAIN. He said the restaurant just kind of makes their own hours. Management is severely lacking at this resort.

The hotel was great but didn't like the breakfast selection 😕 Hotel was beautiful and very nice and clean 😁 The breakfast only had sausage which I don't like bacon is better but everyone is different. Had no yogurt which I love 😀 Other than that it was a great place to stay but you had to walk a mile to get to your car if you didn't get a close spot but not fun if you have a few things to bring in.

This hotel need a renovation. The outlets didn’t work. I had to purchase cleaning supplies myself for the bathroom the toilet was nasty. The heat did not work. The breakfast was cheap served the same thing daily. No hot cereal, no waffles or pancakes, no bacon only pork sausage links, with cold cereal biscuits . I was told the 9th floor is updated everything else was given shelter / cheap vibes . The vacations planner trick me it you stay here request the 9th floor all the other lower level floors rooms are not fit to stay in
