Thousand Hills Resort Hotel in Branson, MO

Went with a tour group. I had no complaints, the 8th floor room was spacious and clean. Everything worked including elevators. Breakfast buffet was awesome.

The location was good and convenient to places. NOT HAPPY WITH OUR STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I booked three months in advance, requested an accessible room on arrival told none available. We made it work and did not make an issue about it. During our stay of 5 days, I asked three times to have the room restocked with linens and coffee and trash to be taken out. Told staff bed linens did not need to be changed, but the other items appreciated to be refreshed It never happened. When going to front desk for assistance, and to request supplies staff was not pleasant and they asked if I read the handout given on arrival, which reads you need to request room refresh. When informed them we did request several times. No apologies given or explanation, and I was made to feel we were asking to much. They did give to me items, no bag to carry or offer to bring to the room despite I have to use a cane to assist in my gait. After a busy day to come back to not having items available was very frustrating. Made a negative impact on our first visit to Branson. I would not stay here again. Three times of asking for assistance and not getting it is the limit. I guess three times a charm does not apply here. There are plenty of places to stay so I will be sure to tell others to choose somewhere else to stay and if a marketing place is putting them up insist on a different place.

Great Accommodation! Staff has been quick to respond to our needs. The kids ha e all enjoyed the indoor_outdoor pool and hottub area and we will forever cherish our old western photos. Love this resort and will surely be back!

Carpets are a trip hazard, worn and wavy. Our bathroom had no connter. It was musty when we first entered. Had to get a spoon from the bar to fix our coffee. It had no microwave. They did compt us free breakfast, I can not see anyone paying $12.95 for it.

Parking was horrible and the continental breakfast was cold. Found a small (whole) chocolate chip cookie by the chair. Carter at the front desk was very friendly.
