"Great experience!"
July 2016
The one hour guided tour of the South Bay was both educational and relaxing. The sights to see were well worth pictures and the crew was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely sail again!

""A Widow experience""
July 2015
I am a widow lost my husband of 34 years married. I said it's time to travel so I have one son in San Diego, I booked the most amazing cruise with FlagShip. My son and his wife and our grandchildren had an amazing time, learned about the sights and loved the view of that bridge going towards Coronado. My only regret is that the camera didn't work and our pictures prior to getting on the boat didn't develop. But I will be back, to retake the picture and have another beautiful time.

"A wonderful day on the bay"
January 2015
This sail was on my 25th anniversary. The captain was very informative and great at his job. Only 4 others on the tour made it very special. There were all kinds of free drinks and snacks for us. They provided coats and blankets and everything you could need for a perfect day on the water.

"Beautiful San Diego Bay cruising"

Beautiful ship, clean, and well run. Smaller capacity due to COVID19. Staff great at sanitizing. Tour of San Diego wonderful. Taking the 2 hour cruise gives both the opportunity of going both north and south for different experiences. Informational cruise extremely well narrated by staff member, Patrick.

"Not worth it"

Father's Day Brunch Cruise was not what we expected. Brunches include a vast array of endless food offerings. One small serving of fruit and baked pastries. Entree was included which was a limited selection and bottomless mimosas. Our wait time to be served was extremely long and we were not checked on as regularly. There was a guy walking around singing who I observed only went to tables where people of color were not sitting. We ordered chicken and waffles. Our chicken was undercooked and the meal was cold. My friend ordered the Reuben Sausage sandwich and was not impressed. The flatbread salmon appetizer was cold. It lacked the experience I wanted my husband to have on Father's Day. I would not do it again with this company.

"Use Someone Else for a Ride to Coronado"
TripAdvisor user rating 2 out of 5
Reviewed June 08, 2020
June 7, 2020, I purchased a ticket for the ride from the Broadway pier to Coronado. Price $10. My first time with Flagship was in January 2018 for a whale watching tour and I loved everything about the tour. This time, well NO! The lady deckhand, no name given and no name tag was very, very, very, rude. She totally ignored people as we boarded, when I got off the boat at Coronado I said "Thank you" and miss personality gave no reply. When it was time to head back to the Broadway pier the same thing except this time as I exited the gate I told miss personality "Thank you" and she responded. Yep, responded with a yawn. I immediately went to the ticket booth to tell the staff about how rude this person was and that Flagship was better than this. I was assured by the staff the owner would call me and I left my name/phone number. As of this writing, I have not heard from the owner. I would like to say, most of the time I would not let one employee affect my reviews, however, if your standard service recovery response is to tell the customer "the owner will call you." Then someone needs to call the customer.

Make sure to ride it! It is amazing. We took our bikes on board for free! And biked all over Coronado island. Then hung out at the beautiful beach.
