Best customer service I have ever seen in a hotel. Greeted upon early show up and they had my room ready, the manager in the restaurant added a complimentary gluten free waffle to my buffet at no charge due to my food allergy. My only complaint was the room was stuffy as the AC went out on the 2nd night. Didn’t sleep well and was offered 20,000 Marriott points which never showed up. Otherwise, this hotel was outstanding,

"Underwhelmed. Massively."

I used to get excited about staying at a Westin. This particular Westin seems tired. I was offered an upgrade for $150 per night to the two level suite on the 16th floor - 1622. Long story short - I was underwhelmed. Big time. The room was spacious and clean and very, very tired. The view was so-so. I could see where the wall paper was starting to lift off the walls. The ac on the main floor only worked when I had my hand on the controller. Otherwise it was always stuffy on the main floor. The upstairs seemed to maintain the desired cool temperature. The upstairs bathroom had an elongated, strange layout to accommodate a high ceiling on the main floor. The bad news is the hot water took several minutes to arrive. It took so long to get hot water that I thought it was broken the first of three nights I was there. The whole vibe was tired and dated. I wish I had seen the place before committing. I was so disappointed. Great bed and towels as usual. Lastly. I booked the room through Delta and was quoted the all-in price including resort fee / taxes. I believe I essentially paid them twice and I detest resort fees. Legal theft for stuff most people never use anyways. If I ran Westin, I would update this place and get rid of resort fees. Because after this miss, this business traveler is now entirely done with Westins.

The hotel was amazing. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. Beds were really comfy and the 25.00 resort fee per day got you 2 drinks a day..free bikes..harbor cruise..kayaks. A shout out to Chandler in the bar. Making great cocktails and very personable. Jagger...saved me from starving. I flew in and arrived later..the kitchen was closed but he got me a sandwich anyway. Selena and Luis at the area for to go food and beverages. You can tell they all love their jobs here. Thank you Westin for a great stay. I'll be back

My colleague and I are here on a work trip. We are having a great stay other than one of our shower doors doesn’t close. One of the highlights of the trip has been one of the concierge we have been lucky enough to work with, Zazima. She gave us some wonderful suggestions for dinner, drinks, lunch and some hidden gems close to the hotel. She was very helpful and really enjoyed her job. Great asset to the hotel!
