Pros: Room is decent. A/C gets cold fast. Location is good. Double Tree cookie. Cons: Resort fees (paying for a bottle of water in your room and pool and gym access) $38 dollars for parking PER night (Paying to park VERY far from your room unless you get lucky and manage to find a spot) No one answering the phone when you call. Rude customer service. Overall: I would not stay here again and you shouldn’t either. For the amount paid for everything, you’re better off going to another hotel with less fees and cheaper parking.

Great atmosphere at this location. The lobby and eateries met my needs and walking distance to other good options. Villa was a little tight but I had a very comfortable bed!! Ms. Bailey , the HGV ambassador, was extremely nice and helpful. Thank you Bailey for your kind spirit!! Lastly, let’s not forget those warm Cookies !! MmmMmm

Nasty! The room was disgusting. Nothing like the photos when we booked. This place should be shut down and cleaned properly. The toilet in the bathroom is angled away from the door because there is so little room to open the door. The carpet in the room was dirty and stained. The floor moldings look like they have been trashed for years. Hard to believe a place like this is still open. Stayed at many Double Tree's in the past that we fine hotels. I will not be making this mistake again. Do yourself a favor, book somewhere else and save yourself the disappointment.
