We took our son here for his birthday. We had 6 adults and 4 kids and everyone had such a great time. We enjoyed every experience they had and took our time going through each area.

Well... Most of the staff are extremely rude, none of them seem to want to be there and they completely ruin the experience for myself, my partner and our friends. It’s very over priced for what you get! The manager doesn’t know any of his employees and couldn’t offer us anything for such a bad experience. One good thing of this place though is the lady that sold us the tickets at the front desk is lovely and couldn’t apologise anymore for such a bad experience. It’s a shame because when our group left we all felt really deflated.

Myself, partner, my best friend and her partner all went to wonderworks for something to do of an evening. The staff were so rude it completely ruined our experience. We even complained to the manager at the end who didn’t seem bothered and also didn’t even know the names of his employees! Nicole was the most rude. We weren’t sure where to wait for laser quest, and she just watched us getting confused. And once we asked she spoke to us like idiots and said “ everyone has to queue so get in it” then did the simulator, she slammed the door open so we asked if we should go in and she wouldn’t answer us. Same when we exited. The staff on the above rope area were rough putting the harnesses on and didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. However the girl on the front desk was very lovely. Don’t go here! Absolute waste of money. They make it look great. It really isn’t. Big let down to the holiday! Asked for a refund. Manager said no and offered us to come back another day! NO!!!

We had some downtown from going to the parks and decided to go to Wonder Works with a 22 year old, 17 and 14 year old and had a lot of fun!!! Allow yourself enough time to visit this attraction. Rope course was their favorite. We will be visiting this attraction again for sure.

"Rude Staff"

Overall, I really did not enjoy my experience at WonderWorks. Throughout the entire experience, the employees were very unprofessional and not helpful at all. They would carry on conversations with each other while I was waiting to be helped and completely ignore my presence. The employees that would help me would legitimately groan and make it seem like they did not want to be there at all. It made the entire experience very uncomfortable and I felt weird even going up to an exhibit (like the rope course) to at least try to enjoy it. Am very upset I paid as much as I did to feel uncomfortable and be extremely underwhelmed by the attractions (half of which were not even working). I have been to other WonderWorks locations that were much more enjoyable and was hoping for much more from the Orlando location.
