"Worst go karting ever"

This was my first time attending Andretti to go carting with friends and we thought this would be a fun experience. However, our race was at 9:50pm on Wednesday and there was a group of 8 other people including our group of 4 people. The race started out as a fun time with friends until the other group slammed into myself and others in my group multiple times. No cautions were thrown up and no one was told to stop. I was slammed into by 3 people at once which sent me into the wall and caused a spin out and now I have back pain afterwards. Another person in my group was slammed into so hard her visor on the helmet cracked down the front...and still no one was kicked off the track or told to stop bumping/slow down. I was sent into a panic attack and not a single person from the other party apologized for hitting any of us. Also, the workers said nothing to them after the race about being more cautious in the future even though they had seen what happened. We addressed our concerns with the managers and we did receive a refund. However, the other group was allowed to go back on again despite our concerns for others safety so that this company could make more money. We asked to see the wavier that we signed prior to driving and is available to view online, yet the manager stated they couldn’t provide us a copy for “legal reasons.” This whole experience was handled very poorly. I wouldn’t recommend this as family fun or friendly. Any other go kart track I’ve been to has never been an experience like this and I don’t plan on wasting money at this establishment ever again.

This is a wonderful place to take your children. The timing for the go carts, and track distance is perfect per age group. The arcade options is outstanding. This is a great place for a parent to bond with their children. Me and my kids had a blast and we would make this a regular monthly event. The Family package is affordable and offers discounts. A must try.
