"There’s better locations in Orlando. Don’t waste your time and money!"

This place is becoming the next Chuck E. Cheese and I mean it in the worst way possible! Please re-train your staff at the track second floor. They treat people like they are stupid. They were rude and disrespectful, if they don’t like working there please give the job to someone who actually deserves and needs it. The girl cleaning the helmets was very kind in explaining everything. I did mention how rude they treated us but gave the excuse of them being stressed. Customers are not punching bags. Location to redeem your tickets, there was a girl on August 23 at around 8pm she was flirting with a guy dressed up with the Andretti track suit and helmet, she paid more attention to him than actually doing her job. Throwing balls at him the same you give to your customers, they fell on the floor a few times and he would smash them with his shoes (very bad look trying to be clean with covid 19 happening) lol take a look at your cameras. Employees on the floor where the arcade games are located were actually really good! Freddy (xd dark ride) I believe is his name helped us and was very professional. Managers should pay more attention to their staff, at least for me it down sized the quality by a lot. My family enjoys visiting me in Orlando, it will be embarrassing taking them there again and wouldn’t recommend a low class location to my clients. Customer service is very important, people just want to be treated nicely and have fun. You’re welcome!

"Fun game room"

We came to check out the game room. It is massive and there are a lot of cool games and experiences. We did the 3-D theater ride. Very fun. My daughter did the Formula One race car. There weren't any other players, so an employee raced her. They had decent prices for the tickets, too. We wanted to do the ropes course with zipline, but it was closed due to covid-19 restrictions. Most rides or experiences cost $12.95 each for the non-member price. There are 2 large bars, bowling, and go-karts, too.

"Great time indoors out of the rain"

We went the holiday weekend so it expected to be busy and it was. We had a problem pulling up an online waiver so the manager who couldn’t have been nicer gave us a free hour of play at the arcade and we had a blast just playing games waiting for the out time for the carts. Track is super cool as it goes up and down, it’s 2 stories of fun. I had enough time for 5 laps total so you probably get about 10 or so minutes of driving time. It’s a fun place to go! It was my second time there and I’ll return again

"Wish We Would Have Chosen Something Else..."

We visited with our blended family of nine, with kids ranging in age from 7-17. It cost us $320 for one round each of Go Karts (6 adult tracks, 3 junior tracks), and one round each of Laser Tag. In hindsight, we should have bought the online package which would have essentially been the same price, but which would have given us 9 $10 game cards as well. Unfortunately, there are no special deals at the venue, and the line was sooo long that we chose to follow through once we had finally made it to the front. Their policy states that track 3 is for adults 18+, or 15+ who have a license or permit. The lady who sold us our tickets asked to see my 11 year old, and decided he should get the junior ticket. That seemed obvious to me since he’s only 11. It made more sense when I was bumped severely...multiple times...on the adult track by a child who should not have been on it. I’m pretty tough, but it felt very much like being rear ended over and over, and my neck definitely took the brunt of it. Children who have no driving experience have no business on that track, which I’m sure is why their policy states just that. Unfortunately, there is a big gap between the excitement level of the junior track and the adult track. My 11 year old was bored on the junior track, but the adult track would have been dangerous for him. Overall, the experience Very expensive and not really unique.
