"Best of NYC Cruise"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5

We did this 2 and a half hour cruise on a Sunday morning. It was very busy but it was easy to hear the commentary from the tour guide on the speakers no matter where you sat. We started on the top deck outside with a good seat. It was very warm so we eventually moved inside where it was air conditioned. We were not able to do a complete circle as the water level due to tides was too high to go under one of the bridges. This was disappointing but understandable. We were still gone the full time and there was lots to look at and take pictures of the entire time. It was definitely wonderful to see Manhattan, Brooklyn, New Jersey, etc. from the water. I would recommend fitting this informative cruise into your schedule if able!

"Comfortable, great views, commentary lacking"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5

The weather was beautiful the day we went, the boat was comfortable, great views, we could hear the narration well. But I wanted SO much more narration. I wanted to hear prices of the properties we passed, who lived where, TV shows, movies, etc. The only extra commentary was how the residents asked that the Trump name be removed from their building after he sold the building. There was too much silence and too many breaks from the narration. I was horribly disappointed. I had heard that the tour was great and took my visitors on this tour. I wish we had done the HopOnHopOff tour where we would have learned more and gotten some humor.

"Spectacular evening seeing the island of Manhattan from the water"

Gorgeous weather, great trip seeing the Statute of Liberty and the island of Manhattan. Would have given five stars if only the guide David has spoken half as much as he did. Like listening to a wannabe drone on and on, interrupting as a perfect evening transpired. The water, the weather, the view were more than enough. We definitely didn't need to hear about his Master's degree over and over. Everyone should take this trip once!

"Great way to see Statue of Liberty and "relax" a little"

I would do this again, and it is definitely worth it to upgrade to the premier ticket. The top deck is so nice and gives a great view to see the Statue of Liberty and the NYC skyline along the way. The commentator was delightful and ironically his voice has a Donald Trump quality that contributed to his fun tour. In my opinion, this is one of the best tours to take.

We all appreciate the river and its views but do not make it a disco that disturbs the neighborhood that are adjacent to the river
