Global Resort Homes / Global Vacation Rentals offers a friendly self-check-in process for guests. Two weeks prior to your arrival, Global Resort Homes will send your registration form via email to be completed. Once it's completed, you will be sent the house access information for your stay. You may call Global Resort Homes if you have not gotten your registration form to fill out.

Each of the Championsgate Resort Orlando rentals comes with its very own private swimming pool and/or spa to enjoy the perfect Florida sunshine.
Yes, each rental has its own private driveway and/or garage and allows up to 3 cars per unit. Please do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will issue a fine.
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation
Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am.
All properties are strictly non-smoking. Failure to comply with this will result in the removal of the guest from the property, without recompense or refund, and the loss of the security deposit or a charge to the guest's credit card if no security deposit is in place to cover the deep clean costs. The minimum fine for smoking is $500. Smoking is permitted outside of the property while all doors and windows are closed.
Heated pool is optional. There is an additional charge for heating the pool. $30 per day plus tax. Splash pool heat is $20 per day plus taxes. These are payable directly to the resort.
Yes. The resort charges a one-time cleaning fee and a property protection fee. Tripster has collected these fees at the time of booking and will be included in your total price at check out.
