From the moment we walked in, I felt a sense of relief. It’s always difficult to stay in a hotel you have never been to before, but I trusted the reviews here and I am glad I did. We arrived on a Saturday evening, the gentleman at the front desk was hilarious and friendly and put us at ease immediately (I don’t remember his name but it was December 27). The breakfast area/lobby was SPOTLESS and smelled fresh and clean. Same for the hallways, elevator and the room itself. I was so relieved to see such a clean room!! Shout out to housekeeping, the room was immaculate and smelled great. My only complaints are small ones. The sheets were pilled. They were clean, but the pilling on them gave me the ick and I laid my sweater down on top of that fitted sheet. That might be more of a preference than a complaint, that may not bother some people as long as it’s clean, which it was. Also, we could not seem to get the A/C down any colder than 68. We’re hot sleepers so we did wake up in the middle of the night too hot. The breakfast is your typical Hampton type breakfast, just fewer options. But it was free and fresh so can’t complain! Hotel is very convenient to dinner and drugstore options, and a short drive to either Colonial Williamsburg or Busch Gardens. Safe area. The cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of the staff greatly outweigh the two small issues I had and we will definitely stay here the next time we are in Williamsburg.

"Perfect for business traveler. Newly renovated and modern."

I go to Williamsburg frequently for business and I've stuggled to find a hotel that isn't overly worn out. I think I've found my favorite - finally! This place has been recently renovated and has a bright and modern feel - rather than the tired faux colonial motif most other places have. I mean, I love history - but a dated hotel, no. And best of all - for my needs - it has a decent-sized mini-fridge and microwave in the room. If you are a frequent traveler, it's great to be able to carry a few food essentials with me. My one wish is that they would add a digital clock to the room. I understand everyone uses their phones for alarm clocks nowadays, but with ADHD I really appreciate keeping close tabs on the time in a place where I can easily see it. Just booked another stay!

Excellent hotel. The bathroom and shower is exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large enough to unpack without being overcrowded. The front staff Michelle and David did a wonderful job recommending restaurants and sites around Williamsburg. The hotel itself is brand new and very clean. We would absolutely stay here every time we are in Williamsburg.

Just stayed at the Spark by Hilton in Williamsburg and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is fresh, modern and clean and is perfectly located near to Colonial Williamsburg. The staff was welcoming and attentive and the breakfast was a great start to the day, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this area.
