Great place to stay. Conveniently located. Unusally good Australian-based restaurant on the property. (Just not expected. Try the flat white coffee. Best granola and yogurt bowl I've ever had.) The staff is terrific. The pool is out of service indefinitely. I would have liked to have known that in advance.

Decent place. Nice location. Pool out of order which i didn’t see when i reserved it so just be aware. Though it says this is a lake view it isn’t a clear lake vie-obstructed by two buildings. Coffee in room is not a great type. Operator asked for feedback during stay then proceeded to excuse away the items i brought to their attention. Clean enough room. Good housekeeping. Elevator good.

Great location, just a couple of blocks off of Michigan Avenue. Price was also good for the weekend. Had an issue with the toilet in the room, it was fixed while we were out all day but when we returned late, there was absolutely no toilet paper in the room. Also, extremely limited value with the restaurant even with the 18 dollar credit per day.

The staff here is excellent especially the manager Steven. We had a 3rd party reservation issue because of delay thanks to an Alaska Air but he fixed it. Whew! Hotel is a bit dated but clean, 2 big rooms, quiet, has everything you need, great location, coffee shop in lobby. I see a lot of reviews complaining its not like the Ritz or Waldorf but its not. It’s an affordable stay with good accommodations. Will stay here again

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, the hotel is centrally located within walking distance from many attractions. Chicago 360 viewing deck is literally across the road! The hotel rooms were spacious, we were staying on the 25th floor however, the rooms are a little dated and worn down, the gym was small and the pool was closed for refurbishment. Which is not ideal! We paid for breakfast and the reception claimed they were not aware of it, we contract our agent and it was resolved promptly. However, since the hotel does not manage its own breakfast, it’s within the coffee shop on site, they decided to make their tips part of a bill when using our credits for breakfast which was cheeky since we paying 20% on top of our credits without even spending our full limit. I suggest the Hilton address our concerns for the future, tips are no mandatory and should not be billed automatically. Secondly we did not spend our credits so even if a tip was to be collected it should have been done so from what we did not spend. Which was more than adequate to cover the 20% tip they wanted.
