  • The Creole Queen Paddlewheeler will depart from the Poydras Street dock at Spanish Plaza. The dock can be found behind the Hilton Riverside Hotel/Riverwalk Outlet Mall.
  • Please check in at the ticket booth upon your arrival.
  • Your Creole cruise will last approximately 3 hours.
  • We suggest arriving 30 minutes early to board your Creole Queen vessel for the Historic Cruise and 1 hour prior for the Jazz Cruise.
  • The Creole Queen is fully enclosed and climate-controlled for your comfort and features community-style seating.
  • Please do not under any circumstances sit on the boat’s railing.
