Description

from Titanic Museum Attraction
Titanic Museum Attraction in Branson. MO. opens the door to the past in its one-of-a-kind way – letting “passengers” experience what it was like to walk the hallways, parlors, cabins and Grand Staircase of the Titanic while surrounded by more than 400 artifacts directly from the ship and its passengers. As visitors touch a real iceberg, walk the Grand Staircase and third-class hallways, reach their hands into 28-degree water, and try to stand on the sloping decks, they learn what it was like on the RMS Titanic by experiencing it first-hand.

Each guest entering the ship will receive a boarding pass of an actual Titanic passenger or crew. Feel their spirit presence in the galleries where over 400 personal and private artifacts are on display. Many are on display for the first time in the world. This collection is valued at over four and a half million dollars. This is a self-guided tour.

Discover your passenger or crew’s fate in the Titanic Memorial Room where 2,208 names line this historic wall.

"Wonderful"

We enjoy going through the Titanic attraction ever time we're in Branson. It seems we learn more and more everytime we go. It is definitely enjoyable but sad at the same time that such a tragic accident has become such a huge impact on U.S. history.

"Branson’s Titanic Museum"
August 2019 NEW
This is the third Titanic Exhibit I have visited. The first was at the Pyramid museum in Memphis in the late 90’s. The next was in St Louis several year later
Branson’s was by far the best. It began with the outside of the museum as a replica of the ship itself. The inside continued the excellence from the grand staircase to the docents dressed as 1912 seamen. They were so informative and helped bring that awful yet awesome night alive again

Tip: Plan on spending at least two hours there. Children I observed there were absolutely fascinated and not at all frightened by the experience

We had such a fantastic time at this museum. Everything from the look of the building, to the uniforms of the staff it's all perfect. All the items are displayed so beautifully and there is so much information that you will be amazed the things you did not know about the Titanic.
We brought out kids 2 and 5 and they were thoroughly entertained as well - Highly Recommended stop for all ages

Tip: You cannot take pictures inside but if you sit on the side of the fountain... it looks like your sitting on a little boat in front of it on the water. Pretty cool effect.

"Beautiful Historical Museum"

While touring the Titanic Museum I was enthralled at the beauty of the ship. Also wowed at all the facts that I learned about the Titanic that I didn't know prior to going to this museum. It is a tour that you take at your own speed so you can take as long at any of the areas you want. Prior to entering the museum they give you a brochure with a persons name on it and a few facts about that person. It is a person that was on the maiden voyage of the Titanic. At the end of the tour you will see whether the person on your brochure made it off the ship alive or if they perished. Very interactive and interesting for all ages.
