We go to Branson at least 3 times a year, and since we brought my parents this time, they wanted to stay somewhere close to the Clay Cooper Theatre, so I chose this Best Western. Absolutely a horrible experience. We are Platinum members and all they offered were 2 water bottles, and didn't even ask if we wanted points. The rooms were gross, and the pictures prove it. Their breakfast was thrown together as eggs, tater tots, and cheese. This Best Western should not have the brand, and we will be contacting the corporate office because when I told the lady who I turned the keys in how disgusting the rooms were, she didn't care, and I am sure this wasn't the first time she has heard of it. I also asked to speak with a manager but there was no on available. One nice thing was the gentleman who checked us in last night (we stayed for only night, November 29th), and he was helpful explaining the layout of the property.

One of the better Best Westerns that they have, staff is warm and welcoming. Breakfast bar has good options, and staff helps you with what you need, rooms are very clean and roomy. I usually stay here when in Branson and have enjoyed each time. Good walking distance to some attractions and eating places

We just returned from a weekend stay. The hotel was very nice. Cleanliness was a 10 plus. Breakfast was good. If we weren't tired from Silver Dollar City we would of used the hot tub. All staff were friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Would return on my next visit. Great location!

Excellent concierge service for helping get show tickets. Suite had plenty of room for a family of 4. Location was great for seeing all the attractions of the Branson area several within walking distance. Breakfast was kinda of basic but can't complain for free. Pool was nice.

My husband and I made reservations through "Branson Shows". I am in a wheelchair and needed a wheelchair accessible room. The room we got was not accessible. When we spoke with the hotel clerk about the fact that what we booked and paid for was not handicapped accessible, she stated that they had only two accessible rooms and they were already booked. She offered not refund or discount. So, if you require the use of an accessible room, don't go here.
