The Wizard of Oz was truly memorable at the Sphere - loved all the immersive experiences - but simply loved watching a movie many of us have watched for several decades - with added visuals, immersive elements -- the Sphere itself added elements that can't be done on a smaller screen. Catch the apples - or leaves - and hold on during the tornado -- can't catch an apple? ...just get one to go in the Merch post show. The entry - parking - food (pistachio ice cream) sandwich -- think Wicked Witch - were yummy - just go!

"Wizard of Oz at the Sphere"

We enjoyed the Wizard of Oz at the Sphere. It was a very enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend it. The special effects are cool (however if you have a fear of tornadoes or big storms it may be a little too intense for some). It ran about an hour and a half. There was also merchandise available for sale. It was pricey - more along the line of concert t-shirt and sweater pricing. Tshirts were $45-60 and sweatshirts were $90-200.

We booked "The Wizard of Oz" for a Saturday afternoon through Ticketmasters- $$$$. We were flying in that morning on an early flight. We received information that our flight was delayed (4 times). We immediately reached out to Ticketmasters notifying them of our dilemma and tried to rebook for the following day. They were absolutely NO HELP! We reached out to the Airlines NO HELP! Feeling despair my husband reached out to The Sphere's customer service desk. They were able to change our tickets and gave us the exact same seats! Sent the new tickets to us to put in our phone wallets! No One along the way mentioned to call the box office. If this happens to you... Call the box office. They were very kind and helpful to two stressed people.

A must-do experience in any capacity. Every facet of the experience is more than well thought out. Extremely easy to navigate. Comfortable in every way. No bad seats at all. You will be telling all of your friends!!

Is there an age requirement to attend The Sphere Experience?

The Sphere Experience is recommended for ages 6 and older. All guests, regardless of age, require a ticket to attend The Sphere Experience.

Is late seating permitted for Postcard from Earth?

Late seating during Postcard from Earth is not permitted due to the film’s immersive effects. Guests are encouraged to remain seated for the duration of the 50-minute cinematic experience.

Yes, food and beverages are available for purchase at Sphere. Note that The Sphere is a cashless venue and only accepts credits cards or mobile payment (Google Pay and Apple Pay). Reverse ATMs, which convert cash into a debit card, are located near the escalators on levels 2, 4 and 6 for your convenience.
