"Overall, a great stay with a few important things to watch out for."

We stayed in a 2-queen with sofa suite on the 28th floor, and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, and every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. The food options were excellent. If you’re traveling with kids, Charlie’s Sports Bar is a great option — the food was very good and family-friendly. We also tried the buffet for breakfast, which was amazing and definitely a highlight of our stay. That said, there are a few things future guests should be aware of: • Billing issue: I purchased tickets to the show “Awakening” directly at the box office, but the hotel later charged me again for the same tickets. I had proof of payment from my credit card company and was asked to complete a dispute form. I’m confident it will be resolved, but guests should double-check all charges before checking out. • Check-in experience: The check-in line was very long, and there were not enough attendants assisting guests. There are four self-service kiosks meant to speed up check-in and check-out, but unfortunately none of them were working during our arrival. • Smoke ventilation: Although our room was on a higher floor, there were moments when smoke smell entered the room, likely due to casino ventilation. The casino ventilation did not seem strong enough to clear out the smoke, and at times it was difficult to breathe. The pool was closed due to weather, which was understandable but still a bit disappointing. Despite these issues, the positives definitely stood out — especially the staff, food, and room comfort. With better attention to billing accuracy, check-in staffing, and smoke control, this would be an outstanding experience.

"Always the Epitome of Elegance and In Service"

Always go to Vegas 3x per annum to play, with my casino group and Wynn has always been kind and fair to us in all aspects. From the quick check in to the right rooms, placement on our profile, we already started own a positive note, and played right away..no worries, we started happy. Room was nice, clean, and excellent location. Tv selection also good for the husbands. Husbands also loved they got their daily set of newspapers !! Please keep on having the newspapers. Cafe Teatro staff always helpful, polite and explained the new pastries, asked for coffee extra hot, always accommodated it. Too bad they did not carry the Basque cheesecake anymore. Gelato very good. There were lineups and waits, but did not bother us, worst was only 30 minutes..food quality mixed this time, guess they were swamped, last year Christmas time was a tad better. Red sweet and sour pork was hard, but fried rice was great. Allegro has good pizza and meatballs. Tableau lemon ricotta pancakes, quiche also very good, service always quick. Got invited by colleagues to Four Ranch Steakhouse,fair crab cake and pork belly shared by all. Loved the caviar chopped salad dressing; filet mignon, strip loin cooked to order; excellent broccoli and onions sides. 2 couples got invited to Wing Lei but they refused since they wanted to go as a group. Went to the buffet instead. Did not win in the high limit slots this time, but won several jackpots outside the high limit room, and also in cards, roulette ,payment was quick and always professional. Others won a little at cards and also roulette. Cage cashier was easy to get money changed and rate was the best one from all the casinos we played in from Aria to Fontainblue. Great hotel that has maintained its standards. See you again soon

"Home away from home!"

Second time staying at the Wynn. This is our place to go! Absolutely love the rooms, the amenities, and the wonderful people who work there! We have had a very rough few months, and although this trip was difficult for me, we still had a wonderful time and I enjoyed the time away from everything that’s been going on. A wonderful little escape. We will be back as often as possible for years to come!

Our experience of the Wynn Tower is that it’s simply the best. The accommodation is amazing comfortable and spacious. Attached to this is an outstanding hotel restaurants and pool area. A selection of themed and quality eating options great location and shopping. Really best of the best
