This hotel has Everything you could want. We had such a wonderful time, we extended our stay. Room/suite was beautiful with a view of the Sphere. Staff were helpful when we had a forgotten item sent to us. The Juliette Lounge had live, engaging entertainment. The pool party was the best!

"Racism n prejudice"

They are racist, plain and simple. The staff were rude to us and i felt profiled in a way that I have never been. I've been to multiple counties and I must say was treated the worst here. We told the front desk agent we were getting married n purchased an upgraded suit. We did not even receive a congratulations and everytime I tried to speak to staff I was dismissed. Unless, it was a person of color, I literally brought business to them by having at least 3 other rooms booked by family. This is the only hotel that treated us like this. I stayed at another hotel and the staff went out of there way to help us. Don't bother, especially if you are of a darker complexion, they also have a million fees that aren't stated until you get there and if u question it the staff treat u even worse!! I literally cried in my suit the night before my wedding due to how bad I was treated. I will never recommend this place to anyone or be back. I stayed at the ritz Carlton in Vegas my first time in Vegas n had a much better experience,

"Okay, but slow to respond"
TripAdvisor user rating 3.0 out of 5

The Venetian first had us booked with two reservations and was sending us a text stating our room was available. The person at the front desk never recognized the issue. We got a text while waiting for our room asking us how we were enjoying our room. Then, on the last day they inactivated our key before check out time and it took over 30 minutes for them to let us in our room. The housekeeping staff worked hard to get the issue resolved. Overall, the room and restaurants were good, however, for the price, I would have expected better response to the issues stated above.

Our second time here. I have to say this time around the bed was horrible. Hard as a rock. Pillows not great. The room itself is nice and the casino is clean but the bed was so hard we couldn’t even sleep. This is an issue and I can’t imagine being the only one who feels this way. Again it’s our second time and I don’t remember it being this way the first time. Had he ends been this way we wouldn’t have come back this time
