Just back from a 5 night stay and would highly recommend. The hotel is amazing with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. We had breakfast in the Grand Lux each morning which was fantastic. Rooms are large and spacious. Concierge is so helpful particularly Jerry who was so friendly. The gondola ride is not to be missed!

"One big issue!"

I normally get a follow up email to review my stay at Venetian, but this trip did not. I am a diamond player in the current period and visit Venetian about six times a year. Normally when I get my email to review my stay, all is as positive as can be but I must share one issue I had on my most recent trip. While playing video poker/keno at the bar in Venetian one night, I was approached by security one night and asked for some identification. I looked strangely and said who me? I am obviously of age and playing at a continuous pace and cited my diamond status. I also mentioned every one of these bartenders know me and can vouch for me. Anyhow, security would not stop and I said OK. First off, not only does all the staff know me but I am nearing 70 years old so my age couldn't be an issue. I showed him my identification and he moved on. I was shocked, appalled and very embarrassed at what took place! I do not remember if security even apologized for such a misstep. Still I give a 4 of 5 rating instead of my usual 5 of 5 but must say if this would occur again I would seriously consider changing to another resort, even after many, many stays here.

The suite was globally very nice very cosy and calm most of the time ! Excepted for the drilling and hammering noises in a room near bye. The complexe is full of restaurants, shops and places to entertain but it very easy to loose yourself, ask for a map.

Palazzo has the best suite rooms in Las Vegas, affordable too! The staff at the front desk are really great and mindful and considerate, efficient too ! We kept coming back every year for my husband to bet on the NFL, and I love their slot machines... given anytime, Id like to keep coming back, anytime of the year. The Grand luxe cafe staff are also all nice and accommodating ( since my husband has some dietary restrictions .) Our last stay was cut short because of disturbing fire news in Los Angeles.

"Venetians Magic is super late room access and the sound of construction at 1 am"

I generally don't leave reviews, but after this trip and stay with the Venetian I felt like I had to. My wife and I did a trip with some friends for 3 nights. I honestly feel Venetian missed the mark on their part for our vacation. We upgraded (paid more) for a Grand King Suite. Our friends went with the basic suite offered by Venetian. My wife and I cannot believe what we experienced from Venetian with upgraded room. First, I used the pre Check In feature (24 hrs prior to our check in date) to let the Venetian know when we would be arriving. Once we arrived, I checked in immediately and was told I would get a text notifying us when our room would be ready. We walked around, played slots and waited for our friends to arrive. 3 hrs later we still had not received a text with our room. So we went back to the front desk. We were told they are still cleaning our room (how long does it take to clean a room?) But that they would put a rush on it. Another hour passes and we still have no room, so a 2nd trip to the front desk which took 20 minutes of waiting for a manager to "work her magic" and get us a room. I expressed my displeasure and all we got "We're sorry." The 2nd night we were woken up at 1 am to what sounded like a jack hammer tearing the room apart next to us. I called the front desk and was told there shouldn't be any construction work being done at that time. They sent up facilities to investigate, which the noise ceased. However, the construction proceeded again later that morning at 9 am we got to listen to that noise all morning. So whatever magic the manager worked put us under a construction zone, after waiting for 4 hrs after we checked in. Oh my friends? They got checked in with a room immediately and never had any construction work happening in the middle of the night. Yeah, Venetian these are things you can control and clearly didn't care to. Even when brought to your attention, sorry just wasn't enough to repair the mishaps.
