What a great bus tour, totally recommend this as it’s a great way to get your bearings. The guides are extremely knowledgable and enjoy sharing little titbits of information. We had two and it was like a little comedy act, well done Bruce and trainee Tim! Wish we had done is sooner!

Tried to pick the bus up at the Linq. It was to be at the High Roller valet but was moved to another location without any updates. Even the mobile app did not show the change. Our first guide was good but the other two were terrible.

"Great Possibilities but Unprofessional Guide"

Today we took a hop on hop off Big Bus Tour on the blue and red line in Las Vegas. The weather was beautiful and the city is remarkable. The one thing that would have made it perfect was a guide that would have taken his tour more seriously. He was on his phone personally and on some areas of interest was very brief. He also passed opportunity for the tourists to say they wanted to get their free gift at the Rebar. The guide was not a good experience. He was not easily understood and the microphone was not clear. I have had other tours with this company and had guides that were very professional and had a lot of detailed information that was easily understood!
