We started at the Excalibur, the young guy told us the buses were running late due to being short staffed that day. He did offer the next day for free! We had other plans but appreciated the offer. The first bus we hoped on had a gal telling about different spots, she was ok. We hoped off at the Linq, don't do that, the walk will kill you unless you can hope on a golf cart that goes around occasionally. The service at the Linq to get a golf cart back was amazing. The next gal we had was a real cute young gal. She was Awesome! She told extra stories about each place we seen. Side note we are Trump fans and when we went by the Trump hotel a couple of women boooo, but did't bother us, we cheered LOL. People should never get political on vacation. We are all here to have fun

The Big Bus Tours is a scam. We waited way to long for the bus to make it's rounds. Once you get on there is no air conditioning so you just smolder in the 115 degree sun. The tour guide was rude and had be a smart mouth. My biggest complaint though was that we paid 250 for the night tour and due to unforeseen circumstances didn't get to go that night. So we tried to go the next night and was told the tickets had to be used in 24 hours. So you guessed it 250 in their pocket and no tour. I wouldn't recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area.

Tricia knew her product so well , did her job with pleasure and went this extra mile to make everyone happy . She made us all laugh so much, interacted with us as well as people on the street . It showed she loved her job as well as making tourists happy . She was so good that we did not want to come off the bus. When we went down then back again later on to find her we screamed of happiness and stayed with her to the end . She is really great and I think BigBus is lucky to have an agent like her .Thank you again for that great experience .
