The tour was okay for never being to Las Vegas and it made it easy to see the strip. But you can easily do it all with a rental car. The tour guides were not very professional and had more fun pointing out the homeless while going through old town Las Vegas. They tour also makes you changes buses multiple time to see everything on just one bus route. This isn’t very good if you are traveling with someone who has any handicaps like we did.

In fairness to the bus, it was smoking hot (over 100 degrees) the week we were in Vegas. That being said, we expected that the bus would be able to better accommodate the heat. This was definitely not the case. Firstly, the bus cannot be counted on to stick to any type of schedule. I understand traffic issues, but they still have no proper posting of pick up times. All the pick up locations are at the back of hotels or in a parking lot. So you get to see the back of hotels and alot of dumpsters. The heat was unbearable. We stopped at a hotel (don't know which one) so the ticket taker could come on board. We sat for at least 20 minutes in the heat while our tickets were counted. Are you kidding me? At least when the bus was moving you got some relief from the heat. Sitting there you felt like a rotisserie chicken and the sun shade on the top level is pretty useless. The bottom level does not provide adequate a/c at all. Also, they need to indicate that there is a step down from the seats on the bottom level. My husband and I both tripped on the step and almost killed ourselves. Also, the narrator was horrible, the microphone sucked and the commentary was useless. By the time we go to our destination we were both drenched in sweat. You'd think for the money they charge, you would at least get a bottle of cold water. Big no for that. Save your money and take an Uber. At least they have a/c.

Our family (mom, dad, teenage twin boys) recently took a trip to Las Vegas, and the Big Bus Las Vegas Night Tour was one of the highlights. Our tour guide was Bruce. He was knowledgeable, energetic, and hilarious. He also made sure all commentary was age appropriate, as there were kids on the tour. Everyone loved him! Michael Jay, our driver, was skilled and safe, which is important when you are riding on the open top of a bus! This tour was also great because the sun sets during the drive, so it’s a lot cooler; plus you have the opportunity to see all the Vegas lights from a perfect vantage point. I highly recommend this tour to everyone!
