Stayed at The LINQ from 23rd to 28th June. Positives Good location Lovely pizzas in the Nook Negatives On check in we asked for an upgrade as we were there for a 50th Birthday and was told no but could pay $10 dollars per room per night for a “better” room. We ended up going back to reception to ask for a different room as it wasn’t great. Only room they had was a lower floor to our friends and still wasn’t worth the upgrade. We were asked if we wanted the room cleaned whilst we were there which we said yes, didn’t see a cleaner once and had to ask for clean towels. We were given a late check out to find that this wasn’t added to our rooms. This was my 2nd time in Vegas as this hotel was definitely lower scale compared to where I stayed previously. Would I stay here again, only if there was no where else to stay.

"OK property but good location on the Strip and easy access to the Sphere"

Just an OK hotel on the strip. We were in town for the Kenny Chesney concert at the Sphere so it was a convenient location and more affordable than the Venetian. The High Roller (ferris wheel) attraction was very cool and defintely worthwhile (especially at night - great view). Hotel was just average at best. Room was rather small and we stayed on the 19th floor of District 3 - persistent smell of smoke on this floor. Hash House was very good for breakfast and we didn't eat anywhere else on the property. Good, centralized location on the strip. Access to the parking garage when driving in from the airport was rather confusing. Room had a decent view of the ferris wheel and Sphere in the distance.

"Never again. Don't stay here"

We checked into the Linq June 21st for a concert at the Sphere. Noticed that the AC didn't work properly. The next morning I noticed mold in the shower and requested another room. We got our new room and moved. This room was cleaner, that's all I can say. We went out that Sunday and came back later in the afternoon. I couldn't get into our room. Our keys wouldn't work. I went to the front desk, waited in line to get another key and it didn't work. Go back to the front desk. As I'm waiting in line my wife calls and said she had gotten sick in the hallway. She asked cleaning staff member to please let her in and was denied. So now she's in the hallway in her own feces. I get another key, doesn't work. Go back to the front desk demand she be let in. They send security up and he won't let her in. A hotel engineer finally lets her in and fixed the issue with the door. At this point I'm ready to leave and go home but we were planning to stay until Wednesday. We decide to stay. On Monday I call to get my room cleaned. Am told I opted out of cleaning. When I did that on my initial check in I was told I could call any morning and get a room clean. That apparently was not true. I did get cleaned that day. Tuesday we didn't have tv for a majority of the evening. At check out I was given somebody's room receipt. I didn't look to see it wasn't mine until we were at the airport. After all that they gave me back 1 resort fee. I wouldn't stay here again ever. If you plan on staying here I'd run anywhere else. Poor customer service. Terrible management. I called to escalate my case and am waiting for an answer as I feel I should get most of my money for this room returned simply because of leaving my wife in the hallway.

I had to book here for an emergency stay. My room was in district 2, it was creepy in the halls and so very confusing to find my room. Once i finally found my room it had a nasty smell and the ac unit was extremely loud i could barely sleep. One of the bathroom lights did not work and don’t get me started on the shower ughhhh. But i guess you get what you paid for in this case lol.
