"Run down and dirty"

Run down hotel with rooms that are literally just the beds and a sub-par bathroom. No coffee maker, an upcharge if you want a mini fridge, and the sheets and towels are old and stained. The gym had a leaking ceiling, the parking lot completely floods if it rains and the staff at the front desk are very unhelpful and unfriendly.

"Beware of KACIE!!!!! Hotel horror story!!!"

This hotel, under manager KACIE, turned a simple extra night into a complete disaster. The hotel tripled the price for that one additional night, then suddenly decided to enforce rules they'd never cared about before. They refused to let the main guest into the room without the company owner being present, even though they allowed it before without a problem. They actually called security on paying guests and threatened to have us thrown out of the hotel even when the owner of the company was present, stating that we did not want to follow their `rules.`It was a total nightmare and a completely outrageous way to treat customers. We travel for business often and will never stay at this hotel again. Ps. even the staff hated Kacie showing just how rotten this manager and the whole experience was.

"Dissapointing place, dont take your family here"

I recently stayed at The LINQ for two nights with two rooms in District 2, and honestly, I was really disappointed with the experience, especially for the price we paid. Right off the bat, the rooms were in rough shape. We had towels with holes in them, which just seems like basic maintenance that should've been caught before guests check in. For a hotel that charges what The LINQ does, plus all those resort fees, this shouldn't be happening. The WiFi situation was a nightmare. They charge a resort fee that's supposed to include WiFi for two devices per room, but it just didn't work in either of our rooms. We ended up having to call IT support, and they made some kind of manual fix to get one device connected. But then they told us it would only last a few hours. Seriously? You're charging us a mandatory resort fee for WiFi that barely functions and needs constant manual fixes. It's ridiculous. The worst part was dealing with their AI chatbot for any issues. The bot would tell us our requests were completed when absolutely nothing had been done. We asked for blankets that never showed up, and when we followed up, the AI said there was no record of us even complaining about it. It feels like the bot is just there to make you think something's being done while nothing actually happens. I really wish they'd let you talk to a real person who could actually help instead of this automated runaround. For what we paid, this was a bad experience. I expected so much more from The LINQ.

"Stay away from Caesars."

Checked in after many hours of delayed travel, we arrived to a room covered in hair. We reached out to the guest services and they have done nothing. They stuck us in a handicapped room that was deplorable and that is NOT what I booked. Update: my husband went down and they’re trying to fix it for us. Thank you to the very nice front desk person who helped us. Trying to salvage my milestone trip. Will update review when we get to that room. Room was okay. Wanted to charge us 500 to extend so we had to switch to another Caesar’s property at Harrahs which was deplorable.
