Only went because we had free voucher. We were the first to ride at noon and they opened at 10. The workers did not even unlock door to get in, staring at their phones. Do not pay to use this as only cage was open, said seats were out of order? They looked fine. It may have been too much work for them to buckle us in. Go for the view with free voucher..that is it!

We took our kids on this on vacation last year. The girls loved going up in the air! It was peaceful looking out; we went around sunset. If anything, I would say it could be a bit tad longer of a "ride".

Received a free activity as part of a Groupon/Living Social package. I would have been super disappointed if we had paid for this attraction. It was free; so that made it okay.

This was a nice relaxing ride up the cage that the ballon is contained in. As you go up slowly you also turn so you have a view of every direction.

I really enjoyed this ride. I’m not a thrill seeker but this looked doable. My ten year old is pretty cautious and he did this with me too. The ride floats up gently and it never feels scary. The seats are very secure feeling, even with legs dangling. The views are fantastic - go at sunset. It was really beautiful and the rotating feature allows you to see a complete 360 view. My only reservation is the cost for such a short ride. I think we were up a few minutes, if that. For $12 each, I think they should make the ride longer.
