Great times at Hilton Promenade for New Year's and Anniversary stay, wifey and me. Nice accommodations as usual. Superb nearby restaurants Branson Cafe, Landshark, Joe's Crab Shack. Bowled for an hour at Andy B's . Fountain shows were a nice surprise. Check-in Check-out easy. Housekeeping quick for xtra towels, pillows. Plan annual visit Dec 2023. Kudos to Hilton Properties!

Our experience was good. Front desk was quick to get us checked in the night we got there. Breakfast menu is small and extremely expensive ($5 for toast, $6 for a bowl of cereal, etc.). Room was clean but A/C did not seem to want to work. Took 2 days to cool the room down from 74 degrees to 67 degrees. When we asked for more towels and toiletries they were very speedy with delivering them to our room. We absolutely loved the location of the hotel. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance and it wasn't too far of a drive to Silver Dollar City, the 75 Strip, or any other place we decided to visit. All in all, we would probably stay here again given the chance.

They made me wait one hour and twenty minutes I check in at 5:20 they did not have the room that separated I was sent to another building they gave me room 429 I did not give service to the room one day, I thought the Hilton was reputable but I was wrong I do not recommend it. other people were also claiming

The Hilton was situated really well in the Branson Landing with a ton of shopping and food options close by. The rooms were good sized and were nice. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the parking was disconnected from the hotel and the night we stayed it poured rain, but overall I'd stay there again.

The hotel grounds were really nice and well manicured. the parking garage was a little confusing but it was well lit and clean. My deluxe king room was not so deluxe. the bed was comfortable and the room was overall clean, but the furniture had some stains and the room felt "used". the view from the room was ok. we ordered room service and the food was amazing, however the "hot" breakfast was "warm". the room service attendant was on time and very professional. all of the staff were nice and welcoming, just expected a little more eye contact from the front desk. overall a good experience but not great.
