"Great location"
February 2018
The Hilton was situated really well in the Branson Landing with a ton of shopping and food options close by. The rooms were good sized and were nice. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the parking was disconnected from the hotel and the night we stayed it poured rain, but overall I'd stay there again.

"Not worth the price."
January 2015
The hotel grounds were really nice and well manicured. the parking garage was a little confusing but it was well lit and clean. My deluxe king room was not so deluxe. the bed was comfortable and the room was overall clean, but the furniture had some stains and the room felt "used". the view from the room was ok. we ordered room service and the food was amazing, however the "hot" breakfast was "warm". the room service attendant was on time and very professional. all of the staff were nice and welcoming, just expected a little more eye contact from the front desk. overall a good experience but not great.

My husband and I stayed for the firework show. I booked my room in a month advance. I was in a landing view room however we could not see any of the fireworks except for the very high ones and those were barely seen. We were told we would be able to see them from our room and I didn't get to see but a piece of the show. I am not sure if you are a pet friendly hotel, but we heard someone's dog barking all night.I don't know if it's a first come first serve type room thing but I was there in well enough time to get a good view of the fountain. Another thing, upton leaving we realized that the room next to us had a cleaning sticker on the outside of the door which our room did not have one at all. Our jacuzzi had black stuff come out of it when we turned the jets on. Looked like bugs. We have stayed here a few other times and those times were great. This time was awful. I wanted to make reservations for next year but I didn't even do that cause I didn't want to get another room.

We stayed 3 days in June as a short weekend getaway. The room was clean and the location is nice if you want to be close to night life and shopping. There is a crap pod style coffee pot in the room that tastes like flavored water and they do not offer any coffee in the lobby. I mean, how much can a few pots of coffee in the morning set a hotel back? Put real damn coffee pots and real coffee in the rooms!!!! The walk from the parking garage to our room was pretty long when you’re dragging luggage, so be prepared for that. Overall, the hotel is okay, location is great, but the amenities are poo.

We stayed here many years ago when it was first opened and although it was not clean, it was beautiful. We decided to stay here again as we were coming through town after a day of antiquing. I had put my back out picking something up in a store and really wanted to soak in a tub. The staff was not very welcoming, in fact she was kind of cold and hateful. The parking attendant was friendly until we said we would park ourselves. On the way to the room we noticed a lot of dirt, which is concerning during the current time, but also unexpected for a Hilton owned property. The chairs in the foyer had quite a build up of dust on the tops and backs and the tables were stained and looked dirty. We booked a suite. The room was okay. The kitchen and living room area looked nice. The bathroom looked outdated from the rest of the suite. The fixtures were chipped and yellowed. We noticed the back of the toilet tank lid did not fit. The view out of the window was horrible (of a dirty roof) but I guess someone has to have that view. Because I had the issue with my back, a soak in the tub was my first priority. It was hard to reach the faucets with the layout. The drain was broken and was laying at the side of the tub. I tried to screw it back in but it would not work. I finally shoved a wash rag into the drain. I noticed as I went to sit in the tub that their was a scum floating on the water and the sides of the tub felt grimy. I was in enough pain that I tried to just put it out of my mind. The cold and hot water would not adjust very easily and the faucet dripped hot water after it had been turned off. I did not realize this and ended up with a burn. The water is too hot for children to be bathed in the tub. After the soak I decided to take a shower because of the scummy tub sides. The door seal was gone, so the door did not close properly. The floor of the shower was very slick and the water pressure poor. We had to call and ask for additional towels as there were only two and they were pretty thin. The bedroom was comfy, but there was not much to the bedding, just a sheet and a very thin "comforter" like cover. I am sure they are easy to launder, but it was not very comfortable for sleeping. I wished most of the night I had brought a blanket from home. When we got our receipt we discovered we were charged $278, not the $249 we had agreed to over the phone. This is due to taxes, but I thought on the phone the guy said that was included in his price quote. I could be wrong...but all of that said, this was not a $200 room. It was more what I would expect from a Days Inn room at about a $129 a night rate. When we left my husband commented on several areas of concern, including urine stains on the bathroom floor and dirt in the hallways. He said he expected more from Hilton and especially during a time like what we are going through. We picked Hilton believing they would have taken all precautions in cleanliness.
