"Engineer Herdis Went Out of His Way for Us!"

I traveled with my 9 yr old and 12yr old daughters here for a long weekend. Hotel was in a great location and room was perfect! But the hotel engineer Herdis really made our weekend, he turned around from his homeward commute to come back to the hotel after midnight and help me and my 9 yr old get into our room when our 12 yr old was completely asleep and not responding to knocks (and had deadbolted the door!!). Big thanks to Herdis, saved the trip from disaster!

"Perfect location in Bryant Park"

Our second time in this small hotel perfectly situated in Bryant Park. Great bed and magnificent pillows. A tad small but we booked a standard room. Front desk are extremely friendly and serviceable.

"Disappointing Stay Cleanliness Issues Ignored"

I was extremely disappointed by the cleanliness of my room during my recent stay. Upon entering the shower on the first day, there was hair throughout the shower area clearly left behind from a previous guest. You can imagine how disgusted I felt. I informed the General Manager the following day and was assured that the room would be deep cleaned. Unfortunately, no deep cleaning was ever done for the remainder of our stay, and the issue was never properly remedied. Additionally, I was told we would receive a $50 credit for the inconvenience, but that credit was never applied or honored. Overall, this experience fell far below expectations in both cleanliness and follow-through. The bed and linens are also poor quality and uncomfortable. I would avoid this hotel. I would appreciate this being properly addressed.

Great location best hotel in Midtown. Easy access to the subway, close to Grand Central, and easy catch a cab or ride share. The hotel has a clean understate design.the rooms are always emasculate. The staff is very attentive but not overly so, always ready to help but not intrusive. It a great value for the money spent. This was my 11th time staying at the hotel and will be back again.
