My fiancé and I had a phenomenal stay. We experience world class service led by Arielle at the front desk. She was able to accommodate all of our needs and set up our room for my finances birthday. One of our favorite hotels we’ve stayed. I highly recommend staying here !

Fantastic hotel with a perfect location for Bryant Park/Midtown. Room was extremely well designed, spacious and modern. Arlette at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend to others and look forward to staying again.

My stay at Park Terrace was really great. It came recommended from friends who stayed last year around this same time. I got to see snow and the hotel was perfectly located for when it got too cold for my 4 year old. Marlyn and Miguel were fantastic. They got us reservations after hearing all about our likes and dislikes and really hit the nail on the head with Benjamin’s which I would also highly recommend. There’s a lot to like here, including the lounge, but we were traveling with our child who wanted to spend the entire trip at the winter village in the park so we spend a lot of time outside. The service is friendly though, and I really liked the popcorn they gave us. Just the elevators were a little slow, but I get that it’s a large building and I’m not always dependent of elevators back home. There are TONS in NYC, so be prepared for that especially with a stroller.

This property treated us very well. Room was Clean, organized and bedding was exceptional. With a room on the backside facing another building , there was absolutely no street noise whatsoever. Service was consistent and attentive. Only wish there had been a bit more space and storage. Felt a little cruise like in the layout.
