"Stop being shady"

Stop auto charging guests $2.49 for the company's nonprofit without asking for permisson or consent. This is like getting automatically charged for donations when grocery shopping during checkout without getting the greenlight. The company's nonprofit was used to "support" furloughed employees....why are guests support them instead of the actual business?

The location of this hotel is fine they have many stores around there but the people here are rude , and racist this hotel isn’t for ack people they don’t cater to us and the black security guards in the front also don’t like black people it’s ridiculous … the Caucasian men at the bar the WORKERS complaining about Howe and my friend were dressed and told us “ people are trying to eat” which is completely disrespectful and unprofessional.. they rushed to make our drinks meanwhile took there time with others drinks , the beds are extremely hard, the water pressure in the bathroom is low and the tv has cable … be forreal we want YouTube and Netflix not cable , the channels suck , the deposit is $300 for whatever reason and they wrongfully tried to charge us $500 for smoking and we don’t even smoke BRE AWARE OF THIS HOTEL ITS TRASH

"Good stay, great location, great new layout and floorplan, bad bots."

I've stayed here many times, the new renovations put the lobby on the third floor rather than the first, which is a good move because it is far more spacious and warmer, and the lobby is better to sit around in. The rooms are very similar, most of the room noise came from the outside wind which is swirling in downtown. There's nothing really you can do to prevent that. The only issue I had is that it is not possible to call the front desk from the hotel phone. You get an AI bot, which kept glitching, and ultimately told me to walk down personally to the front desk with my request. Front desk said this is a new corporate decision. They only get forwarded guest requests from the bot onto their screens, apparently there's no way for guests to cell them.

"Poorly run hotel"

Very poor staff, no one helped with bags that was part of the entrance/door staff. Only one elevator was working for the whole hotel, it took my 20min from leaving my hotel room to actually exiting the building. Hotel staff not friendly, staff at check in was not friendly, acted like they couldn't be bothered.

We have been staying at M- Social/Millenium/Hilton for over 10 years, whenever visiting our daughter in NYC. Unfortunately, it had gone downhill dramatically a few years back and we shifted hotels, but it has now been greatly improved and we are back!
