"Super comfortable, but stay away from the restaurant and bar."

In the hotel side, everything was incredible. From the hotel view to the friendliness of staff specially "Seth". Unfortunately, when it came to the restaurant side, when I checked in, I decided to show up with my wife to have a couple of drinks and something to eat, the bartender wasn't to friendly. so we gave it a second chance and showed up to dine for Superbowl night. We waited about almost 20 minutes to get a server to get our food order, I understand they were busy but they were 2 servers and I felt we were getting skipped from other tables that showed up after we did. At the end of our meal, we asked for a cheesecake, the server supposedly took our order but I think she either left on a lunch break or went home, I let the halftime show finish and I realized that our cheesecake never showed up, I asked the other server that was there for our cheesecake and comes to find out, the cheesecake order was never placed. I am a server employee myself and I have never done that to anyone ever. I just wanted to enjoy my 20th anniversary with my wife and not make it a big deal that night. But to finish this, I still recommend this hotel to anyone that would like to go visit when they go to NY, and I would consider to come back again cause it was the most comfortable hotel room I've ever stayed.
