Welcoming hotel from blizzard weather! Decor was lovely Luggage was taken to our room by staff Location was perfect away from hustle bustle Times Square area WTC subway and Fulton street subway next to the hotel easy to navigate manhattan Rooms where spacious floor to ceiling windows great view of the occulus and the freedom tower Downside to the hotel pull out bed was uncomfortable main bed was spacious and comfortable Although their was 3 of us were only 2 water bottles and 2 cups for tea and coffee. Personally it should of been 3 cups and 3 water bottles each day I never used the TV to so can not comment Shower was difficult to navigate so we only able to use one of the shower heads, plenty of toiletries, towels, face cough, toilet rolls and a hair dryer too. Plenty of plugs lighting, empty fridge in room. Lifts working well We never used the breakfast as it was very pricy for what it is even with $ dollars off. Checkout - luggage room free to use Too call reception was a bit.. could not understand me so I had to go to reception my self. We got charged $121 at the end of the stay for tax purposes They required a card to use if there are damages. I probably would return if price is right, good value for what we got room wise compared to midtown area of Manhattan.

Great location and nice hotel. Not to busy and not to loud on the street. Only thing that we didn’t like was the cleaning. Bathroom was filthy from day one + we didn’t had a mirror in the sleeping area?
