The hotel was very clean, room a decent size with everything we needed for our stay. Fluffy towels, toiletries & coffee maker. All the staff were very helpful, Petra on reception was especially good assisting us any little query & great local knowledge. She was a star ⭐ Would have no hesitation returning. Well position for sightseeing & subway access.

Read several reviews of both ends of the ratings and some of the negative comments made me worry about this hotel, however after staying at the Millennium Hotel last week, we were quite pleased. There is some maintenance being carried out so the check in desk is on the fourth floor. The reception staff were kind and courteous, and we were soon on our way to our room on the 19th floor. We had booked a city view room. We weren’t disappointed. The view was amazing and the room was a good size with space, which had a queen bed, a table and chairs plus a couch by the window. The unit near the table contained 2 draws, a safe, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee machine. There was a storage closet to hang clothes in it. The bathroom was a reasonable size with the shower over the bath. Unfortunately upon arrival, the bathroom only had enough towels for one person but after finding the housemaid (Lisa), we soon had more. We left a little tip for the housemaid, as they did a lovely job in cleaning the room and topping up the water and tea making facilities and left a lovely little note, thanking us (we found this a nice personal touch). This was our third different hotel in NYC and we would say the best so far. All of the door staff were very friendly and helpful, one even took us to the subway (which was close by) to make sure we got the correct one. The hotel is across the road from Oculus and One World Observatory which was a lovely view morning, evening and night. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable with nice soft pillows. Plenty of power sockets and charging points for phones etc. Overall a lovely hotel with great staff, and if/when we return, we will use this hotel again.

The localization of the hotel was perfect.We havent seen any staff during the stay so ı dont know their kindness But check in was never satisfying the guests.There were no artangements for the tired guest to sit ehile waiting for the registration procedures and there was only 1 person working
