"Ok place. Expensive"

Luna Park was an average experience. The rides were fun but expensive for the short time you get on them. Lines weren’t long, which was nice, but the overall value didn’t feel great. Fine for a casual visit, but not something I’d go out of my way for again

"Horrible trip"

Me and my child went here yesterday and she was so excited and was jumping around and for the first time in months was talking more and actually happy, we got the 79 dollar all day bracelet because she had so many rides she wanted to go onto, we were exploring because this was our FIRST ever time going to this park and we were walking around and she saw a ride that she wanted to go see so we started to walk towards were we both thought the entrance was and looking around since again this was our first time when she looked behind us and there was this guy behind us and she of course dragged me back where this guy from the the “team Luna” proceeded to quite rudely tell us we weren’t supposed to be there and how “you know you’re not supposed to be here” when it was our first time and we had literally no idea, the gate was not closed until after this man yelled at and got us out, there was no sign that we say that said we weren’t supposed to be there and continue to be not understanding and quite rude even after my daughter tried to explain that this was our first time and we didn’t know, this man was not having it and to us to leave. after this my daughter absolutely got upset and didn’t feel like riding any of the rides anymore which was absolutely horrible because we just spent 79 dollars on a stupid bracelet only for this man to get my daughter upset which made her start crying and complaining to go home, we talked to the ticket booth people and asked if we could have a refund since we didn’t go on ANY rides and they said that they could only reschedule for a different time even though we weren’t coming back anytime soon, we ended up giving out 79 dollars ticket to someone else in our family because that conversation was getting absolutely NO WHERE. My daughter is struggling with depression and already hates going outside and talking with people and is struggling with having a positive relationship with money since we do not come from a good place financially which she unfortunately knows, we planned this trip and spent a lot of money to get her out of her depression slump and for her to have some fun, it was going all great only for her first interaction at this damned park to be this horrible now her trip is ruined and she’s been in bed crying and not talking all day now, the service was absolutely horrible and we would not recommend since the NONE staff (except for the people at the ticket booth) were helpful at all with some ignoring her and others having horrible attitudes. It was absolutely horrible and we had a terrible experience and we will never recommend this place to anyone

Worst experience ever. Paid for a day pass and half of the bigger rides were closed. Did not disclose this to us prior to paying nearly $300. My kids rode 3 roller coasters and nothing else. Stay away. Staff is rude and non-accomadating .

The park is I pretty great, the ciclone is awesome. Well structured, has lockers to keep your stuff, while you enjoy the attractions. No lines, but I was there in a weekday.
