My stay at the Holiday Inn Chelsea started off a bit rocky, but everything changed once Rovina came on shift. She took the time to listen, address concerns, and completely turned the experience around with her professionalism and genuine care. As first-time visitors to the area, her recommendations were excellent and made our trip so much better. Rovina truly went above and beyond, and her customer service stood out in the best way. She deserves all the praise — and honestly, a raise. Rovina alone is the reason I would recommend staying at the Holiday Inn Chelsea.
