Location, staff, clean & comfortable rooms were all perfect. Rooms and hallways are very small but only needed to sleep in so ok. Our view was of the back of the building and businesses on next street, but very NYC. Didn't do buffet as wanted to experience NYC more. I didn't realize there were rooms with a nice view, I would've requested that as I am an ING member & that would have been a nice birthday treat.
