Clean and efficient design, great pillows. Basic but fits the needs of the business traveler. I used the gym as well, which was tight but had what I needed.

Great stay and friendly staff! Check-in and bag drop was smooth and easy. Room was clean and perfect for our needs. The city view has a great view of the Empire State building. Close proximity to Penn Station. Would recommend staying here again!

Very welcoming staff. Rooms are very clean and beds are really comfortable. Very fluffy pillows for a good night sleep. The location was perfect. In the middle of everything. Recommend the stay for anyone looking for a. Great hotel at an amazing prize. Bonus for us was the view of the the Empire State Building at night. It was beautiful. Picture worthy view

Had a great time in NYC. The hotel location is perfect. When I arrived Simone was excellent and took care of a small issue with my reservation. All of the staff is very friendly. The hotel is very clean. Lobby area and patio is nice area to relax.
