"Best family show ever"
June 2024
I've probably seen the show at least four times now I know I'm addicted. It's amazing their kids are so talented and everyone is so nice. It's exciting fun and I really liked it. For our family. I have kids ages 21 to 11 and all of my girls enjoyed it and they watched it multiple times with me. It's best to buy the whole season package because then you can go to all seven shows unlimited amount for the year. This is the best way to save money in my opinion anyway is the show is great you will love it. Also, they have the best Christmas Show and Ola Branson that one is a must see for sure.

"Hughes family show"

It is a good show if you like show tunes. Most of the music I had not heard before. The kids if the brothers do more on the show now than the brothers. It would have Been nice if they did more popular music than show tunes.

"Long story"
March 2019
Hello. My name is Steve Meints. A week ago my parents and I went down to Branson for a quick vacation. Traveling from Mason City, Iowa to Branson is at least an 8 hour car ride, but we thought we could spend a few relaxing days down there and drive home after staying a few nights. I believe it was January when I booked our itinerary after talking with one of your representatives on the phone. It was a great phone call, we got the shows we wanted, and even got a condo for all three of us to share; all at a good price too. We were really looking forward to March. Fast forward to us arriving in Branson on March 6th, we drove straight to the Still Waters Resort area and was very happy with our room. That evening we went to an Eagles Tribute show and was impressed with the music and intimacy of the concert. The first night was great. The second day started off good, with some sight seeing, antique shops, and the Ripley's Museum, but we were really anticipating going to the Hughes that night. We got to the show and had good seats and that family was very talented and entertaining. During the intermission, my dad and I went out to the lobby and soon a man came up to us and told us that my mom had fallen down and was in a wheel chair. We went to check on her and she was in pain, so we got her out of the theater and started to figure out what was going on. With the help from staff and other guests, mom was taken to the Grover Medical Emergency Room. Dad and I spend the rest of the night up there with her and found out she had fractured her patella. Because they would not operate until the swelling went down, we decided to leave the next morning, Friday, so she could be home and more comfortable. On the way home, on the advice from the staff at the Hughes, we decided to call Reserve Branson to see if there was something they could do, since we were not going to be able to attend the Grand Jubilee we had scheduled for Friday night. Luke answered our call and was very helpful. The phone call took only a couple minutes and he told us we would get out money back for the at show. Honestly, that was not expected. We thought maybe some tickets for the next time we came down, or something else. This generous gesture made our day, not because it was a lot of money, but just that fact that we left early, had a long car drive, and one of us was in a lot of pain. We got our refund yesterday and I felt compelled to share this with you. I wish that there was a way to give a review or some sort of public recognition to your company. At the least, I want to thank you for helping us out when things were going poorly. If we decide to travel again, likely not soon??, we will certainly look at what Reserve Direct is offering. Have a blessed day. Steve
