What are the hours of operation?
We fly from 9:00 am to sunset daily. Flights generally depart every 15-30 minutes.

What should I wear?
There are no special requirements needed. You can dress. However, you are comfortable.

Where does the tour depart? 
Our check-in location is at the Sedona Airport. 1225 Airport Rd. Sedona, AZ 86336.

Is the tour appropriate for children? 
Yes, there are no age limits. A child less than 24 months is a lap child. There is no fee for lap children.

Can I bring my camera? 
Yes, great photo opportunities!

How long is the tour? 
The helicopter tour is approximately 35 minutes long.

Can I bring my own food/beverages? 
Food and alcohol are not permitted on the aircraft. Water is okay.

Do you offer hotel pickups?
Yes. We provide shuttle service to most Sedona area hotels and resorts.

What happens if it rains?
We will fly in the rain. However, if the visibility is limited to less than 1 mile, we will hold or reschedule.

Are your aircraft air-conditioned? 
No, the aircraft is not air-conditioned.

Can a woman that is pregnant fly?
Yes, the flight is safe for pregnant woman.

Can people with physical disabilities take your tours? 
Yes, we will offer additional assistance if needed.

Are there weight limits?
No. However we do charge an additional half seat for passengers over 285 lbs. ADDITIONAL 1/2 SEAT CHARGE APPLIED AT CHECK IN FOR PASSENGERS OVER 275 LBS. FULL SEAT CHARGE OVER 300 LBS.
