This place is amazing! Huge! Anything Hershey that you can imagine...shirts, magnets, mugs, blankets, stuffed animals, games, etc etc....it's just so nice. There is a FREE chocolate tour where you ride in cars that was fun! Some other things you can do like make a candy bar etc are not free. We didn't do those. We had a lot of fun!! Free parking for first 3 hours then $60 so watch your time! It's located right before Hersheypark entrance. Lots of great photo ops.

We are a family of 4, kids ages 7 and 9. We picked a package with the historical trolley tour, the make your own candy bar and the movie. We liked doing the activities in that order because the trolley gave a helpful overview and then the other activities were more just purely entertaining. The wait for the free simulated factory tour wasn’t too bad at all and they set it up such that you weren’t ever able to see the full extent of the line which made the wait seem to go more quickly. The only spot where things didn’t move smoothly was at the beginning of the make your own candy bar activity but it all seemed worth it at the end. Note that there is a lot of free candy distributed - more than we could eat in a day. Helpful hint: reserve at The Chocolatier for lunch. Great food, huge portions, nice setting. They have an ample kids menu, well-priced. Many dishes have chocolate as an ingredient but that didnt appeal to us. Still lots to eat.

This was our families first visit. We took advantage of all the free things - the chocolate tour ride and visiting the Reester Bunny. We opted to not do the paid attractions because of the ages of our kids (4&5). They enjoyed picking out souvenirs including the fill a bag of candy. It was such a great experience with many photo opportunities.

This place is full of fun, sweets, and surprises! Even if you only do the free tour ride, it’s worth it! The ride felt like Disney, fun and informative. So much fun variety in the humongous gift shop. So many engaging and hand-on experiences available, plan to spend the day. Great for all ages!
