Fun activities, but they're pricey. The tour is free, but it doesn't really show chocolate being made. Basically, this is a huge store selling all things Hershey.

A good fun ride that is interesting and engaging. The shops are the real story here. A visitor is able to get every product that the Hershey Chocolate factory creates. There are food and beverage shops as well. The bathrooms are clean and accessible.

This was a really fun stop. Parking is free when the amusement park is closed. A couple of photo ops when you walk in. We got there early so could take our own photos vs paying for them. The experiences are quite expensive so we only did the build your own candy bar. They make you wear a disposable apron and hair net for that, which is goofy as you're nowhere near the food, and really feels wasteful as they get thrown away at the end. That said, it was really cool to watch and I'm glad we did it. The free ride with the simulated factory tour is fine. I'd consider it worth doing, but not if there is a long line. The merchandise section is extensive and had some unique items.

It’s a pretty huge building. Enjoyed making the Reese cup. Liked the free ride that gives a fake factory tour. The food court had good food with good portions. Lots to look at and do.
