"More money, less value"

Wasn't value for money. No microwaves. The website says queen beds but clearly no bigger than a full size. Coffee in the room but no creamer. Ice available but nothing to put ice in. Most of the games in the games room were out of order. Staff were unwelcoming and don't pick up the phone when you call from your room.

Took a drive to Lancaster for the day and decided to stay the night. Booked a “superior queen suite” as stated on the website! The room was old and out dated. Check in was very unwelcoming. Paid over 340.00 and then saw an additional 30.00 charge on my card! I think for that amount of money we should have received free breakfast but breakfast was an extra charge! I think next time I will stay elsewhere! I just wanted to leave this review to make others aware that what the place looks like online is not what the place is at all! Very over priced for sub par service.

"Nice hotel but services lacking"

Hotel and pool were nice. They have many signs warning against outside food and alcohol, but never once did I see anyone manning the Starbucks/store or the bar at the pool.

Hotel was fine. Staff was not great. Starbucks counter guy is always on the other side of the room. I asked for help finding napkins and plates for my family as we had ordered pizza. He just told me he does not have any. Usually in a hotel someone who cannot help you will at least find someone who can. So I had to ask a few times if he knew where I can find these things before giving up and being helped at the bar. We also needed some extra towels and sheets. We would call guest services. They would seem to forget about us as we would call like 45 minutes later and remind them about the items we requested. Also, the front desk after checking in did not let us know where elevators were or how to get to our rooms. Just handed us the room keys. At check out, we gave our room keys back and they said thanks, but the desk next to us the family was checking out and they asked for their last name and room number-so I was not sure if the guy at our desk needed that information or not. Room was clean enough. There were some crumbs in the sofa bed and a peanut on the floor. Also had a spider walking around on the floor.

"waiting on refund over 1 year JULY 2024"

We booked a stay through Booking.com for the July 4th weekend in 2024. Upon arrival we realized we had booked the wrong room. The hotel kindly gave us permission to cancel that room with the appropriate first night cancellation fee and rebook a different room that suited our family including our young baby. The hotel staff even confirmed that if Booking.com needed verification they would vouch for our cancellation and rebooking arrangement. Over ONE year later we are still waiting on a refund of nearly $500 for the original room. Despite repeated attempts contacting both Booking.com and Wyndham and sending multiple follow-up emails we’ve made no progress. Booking.com states they’re waiting on Wyndham to process the refund, What should have been resolved in days has now dragged on for over 12 months. Travelers should be aware if something goes wrong with your reservation you may not get support or a timely resolution. This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
