"Rip off artist"

This hotel has a history of overcharging their customers. Told one price at check in. Said they would email me receipt after check out. Charged $101 extra. When notifying they said they had a whole list of people that have been overcharged. This is still not rectified for me.They do not have any intent on rectifying it.The manager actually hung up on me so they make a habit out of overcharging their customers very sad .

"Avoid this hotel!"

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. As a diamond member, I find it deeply offensive and unacceptable to be treated with disrespect and suspicion—they imagined that we have bought an animal to our room & tried to charge us additional $250.（By only found a few corn kernels and 2 pieces of animal food that our children unknowingly carried in their clothes after visiting Cherry Crest Farm.） I clearly told them that we did not bring any animal, but the representative refused to listen. Shame on this hotel for its baseless accusations and appalling customer service.

"Expensive low end place."

This hotel has terrible staff. The housekeeper is the worst I've ever seen. She literally left pillows on the floor and chairs of my room. Threw my pajamas on the bed where they eventually fell on the floor. Horrendous attitude. She CLEARLY hates her job. There were ants all over the bathroom and the front desk people are annoyed by just seeing you. Stay elsewhere. I paid almost a grand for two nights and it was money terribly wasted.

"Terrible service, just want your $$"

I emailed and called the General Manager, Mr Ibrahim multiple times over the courae of 2 months regarding the poor service we received while at the resort while attending a dance conference. I will not stay there again. His lack of response and follow theu make it apparent that he does not care what type of service they give. In addition, everyone I know will hear about this experience!

"Peaceful one night stay at Wyndham Lancaster Resort and Convention Center"

Nice place. I only stayed one night. I had a nice quiet time. I wish that I had more time to explore the gym and pool. There was even a theatre in the resort too. I went to the nearby Sight and Sound Theatre earlier in the day. That theatre is only 10 minutes away so the Wyndham Lancaster Resort was a very convenient stopover for the night.
