"Check in was great. Online check in they have. When you arrive your paperwork and key ready to go. Fastest checkin ever."

Check in was done prior to arrival. It’s a completely non smoking hotel inside and out. Hate walking in to smokers standing outside. Our room was far better than I expected. Everything was clean. Even washable throw covers on the furniture. Housekeeper was great. Handicap parking right in front. They were always available. Bed was good. I’m crazy about my sheets being tight,no wrinkles . But it’s not my bed no one’s fault. (We all like our own bed). We’ve came to this area 3 times,3 different hotels. We will be back again to sight and sound when a new show starts. We will totally stay here. My only downside is our room was on highway side, we live in the country no noise. So next time I’ll request opposite side of hotel. Never had breakfast there, but it smelt amazing. Thank you to your staff. They do great work. Highly recommend.

"Hawthorne never disappoints"

Hawthorne never disappoints. The staff is friendly from check in to check out. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. I have stayed here for a conference prior to this visit and chose to stay here with my family on this visit. My family was very impressed with our stay and even more surprised at how reasonable the cost was.

"Could not ask for better lodging in Lancaster!"

Everything was clean and in very good condition. Warm room, excellent bathroom accommodation and a comfortable bed and new sofa that also came in handy. Breakfast provided a different hot offering each day (freshly made pancakes, corned beed hash, minced meat and gravy, scrambled eggs) and was very tasty - as was the coffee and pastries. Friendly staff and everything from the door locks to the fridge, microwave, TV and HVAC all worked perfectly. Located at the very beginning of the route 30 retail strip with everything that Lancaster has to offer! This is not the first time we have stayed here and it will not be the last.

Clean. Handicap room that was actually suited for a handicap person. The cleaning staff, desk attendant, and morning manager returned my wife’s wedding rings that she left behind accidentally!! They easily could have pocketed the rings but they were honest! So thankful!

"Lincoln Leg Beds"

I really liked this place. It was clean and festive looking. There was a tree in the lobby in fall colors surrounded by fall decorations. I really liked that they didn't push into Christmas. I liked everything about my bed but it was a bit high. My 89 year old aunt needed assistance getting into it. Fortunately, Jeremiah was able to find a portable stepper. Iur Sunday breakfast was much more than coffee, cereal and bread stuffs. Myself, and many children, were fascinated by the pancake maker. I will come here again when in the area.
