"Marvin to the rescue!"

The location is convenient to many of the Lancaster County sites, including Lititz, Manheim, Bird In Hand, Paradise and Ephrata. Our visit coincided with construction activities, but the hotel and the workers did their best to minimize any impact on our stay. The registration desk agent, Marvin, was exceptionally helpful, making us aware of the construction and resolving a potentially catastrophic miscommunication between Priceline and the hotel about the pet we brought along. Marvin made some calls and was able to ensure that our small dog could be accommodated. Marvin also alerted us to an athletic tournament in the area that could impede parking. He provided multiple parking options, which were all very viable and sensible. However, having been alerted, we opted to use a ride-share service that night and kept our car safely in the same spot all day. In short, Marvin turned what could have been a disaster into a very pleasant experience. We look forward to returning for a future get-away!

"Nice location but room was unsanitary"

This was in a beautiful location, just off of the main road. You're close to businesses/shopping, but you feel like youre in the country. The breakfast was free, just very basic and minimal, which was fine. My biggest problem was the cleanliness of our room. I always check really well for bed bugs. There were none of those thank goodness, but for some reason there were MULTIPLE spots of dried blood all over the bed sheets. There was alao just a lot of dirt and grim in various places. I did let the front desk know. They apologized.

"TRAVELERS BEWARE DO NOT STAY HERE"

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! BLACK MOLD IN THE ROOMS. ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. FRONT DESK HANDED OUT TOWELS FOR PATRON TO WIPE UP THEMSELVES. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. ABSOLUTE HORROR. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

"Stay Away from Lancaster Inn and Suites"

Ok…so my wife and I don’t get the chance to go away often, so we decided to try to find a nice deal locally and found Lancaster Inn and Suites. Check in went fine…got to our room and downhill from there. We had a King Suite with jetted tub - first thing I find in the bedroom on the window sill was a woman’s implant for a bra…( wife was aghast ) I took a picture and took a look around the room wondering what other surprises in store. Jetted tub had a few hairs around the edge and a nice dirt ring in it, shower had a few hairs near the drain. I then went to the concierge desk - delivered to him the implant and showed him the picture of where it was found. Insisted on someone coming up to clean again. The person was apologetic and he and housekeeper came up - the housekeeper stood with his shoes on inside the tub and wiped it down as if he was afraid to touch it, which upset my wife even more. We went out to dinner - bought about $15 dollars worth of cleaners and cleaned it ourselves. When we left the housekeeper was sitting on the couch in the lobby, and when we returned the housekeeper was still sitting on the couch. The hotel looks nice - but staff are not doing their jobs. I would have rather stayed somewhere else than here after the way this went and will never come back here. Even the elevator - you can see dead bugs, flys and gnats above the frosted ceiling. It’s like no one has a clue on what to do to take care of the hotel or its guests.

"Nothing special whatsoever"

Nothing special at all. Out dated, worn looking rooms. Bath tubs are extremely slippery.. There is a notice at the desk ask if you need a bath mat. They should be in each room already. Once you're in the shower who is going to get out and go to the front desk. Breakfast area is very tiny and breakfast is so so at best. There are plenty of other places to stay at for the same money, I suggest you do so.
