Experience the breathtaking backcountry of Canyonlands National Park's Island in the Sky district on an exhilarating 4x4 adventure. Departing from Moab, Utah, this half-day Canyonlands tour will take you on an unforgettable journey through rugged landscapes and ancient cultural sites.

The tour begins along the Colorado River corridor just outside Moab, and finishes high on the mesa top. You'll stop along the journey to take in the sights and gaze upon a red rock desert seldom seen by visitors. Throughout the tour, experienced and knowledgeable guides provide you with information on Canyonlands and its natural history.

The ancient culture of the Ancestral Puebloans is evident throughout the canyons. Enjoy stops to investigate their mysterious and beautiful rock art.

Visit the famous Gooseneck overlook of the Colorado River and witness the majestic Musselman Arch along the White Rim. Finish the tour by climbing the switchbacks of the Shafer Trail to the top of the Island in the Sky.

This 4X4 tour offers an excellent opportunity to observe the geological formations of Canyonlands National Park, showcasing a diverse range of rock layers.
