My kids had a lot of fun! They are already begging us to come back!😅 They loved the themed room and the water park! They enjoyed the arcade games too and the splash party time!! Will definitely be coming back!!! 🩷

The room was great and most of the staff were very helpful. Ordering from the restaurants left a lot to be desired with either waiting for a very extended periods for food and basically being stared at when you walk up. Not always given the right information with regards to cabanas using the wristbands and a number of other things. We were not informed that we need to request to have housekeeping. By the second day, I was ready to go. Love the pool so we stayed. Trying to get someone to address an issue in real time is nonexistent. For the money and frustration will be headed to Timber Ridge next time

We went with family and friends. Front desk was great at getting us next to each other. Room could have been cleaner, the tv had splashes of stuff all over it and there was har inside the clothes drawer. Also, only two washcloths for 3 guests and 4 towels. Water park should be open until at least 9 or 10. Also if you do the charges to your card the front desk informed me of a 100 dollar hold, but they held 246 dollars instead (in addition to the rest of what I owed). So I had more withheld than they told me. Other than that a fun trip. I also don’t agree with the 20 a night for parking and no hot tub?!?!?. We will stick with great wolf at Wisconsin dells from now on or a different establishment.

No cash was taken anywhere inside, they should bring cash back. They charged my account the full amount on the first day, even though I already paid half when booking. Our room smelled of chlorine the entire time and had so much moisture inside the whole time. They charge 20 a day for parking, that’s the biggest and non necessary thing ever!

It’s a nice resort , definitely so much to do but with such tight times attractions not opening till 10 makes it hard, employees are great only had issue w one on rope climb first nite here , but when it comes down to dollars they literally charge my account with numbers that were not my original booking reservation it seems they charge and tax you every day on each thing that they put on there parking tax, room tax , room occupancy tax, package tax so for two nites I added it up and it was 210$ in tax alone so they give you a number at booking and it definitely is not what you are paying so be prepared if to do over I’d stay at another hotel and get a day pass parking also sucks 2 1/2 stars all together

Yes, guests are permitted to bring their life jackets. Coast guard-approved life jackets are available on a first come first serve basis. Please note that inflatable toys are not allowed in the water park.
