"So disappointed! Unhappy kids"

Yes, I did read other trip advisor reviews but we have die hard LEGO fans so decided to make the 6+ hour drive there. Oops! You don’t know till you try, right? Let me tell you of our experience.. So if you decide to commit to trying, go online and find a coupon code! If we had paid full price, we would have gave it one star. Day camps and schools come (a couple hundred plus kids) in the mornings until about two o’clock. There are so many kids, it’s chaos. Both my kids got run over several times by others in the pirate adventure. Miniland of Chicago was a cool display but takes five minutes to look at. Same with the jungle. The 4D cinema was basic but one of our more favorite parts. There are 5 rotating ten minutes shows- you don’t get to pick. Kingdom quest ride laser guns didn’t work the whole time. There were no characters to meet. The master builders- one was closed and the other was booked with school kids until two o’clock. Overall we stayed for about two hours and decided the chaos was just too much. My older son was bored and both kids were broken hearted. We definitely will not return.

"Fun but a little pricey"

Our 2yr old enjoyed the play equipment and the rides, our 5 yr old spent some time building as well but outside of 2 small rides and the 4D movie, it is really just build space. The workers operating the rides were not the most efficient and didn't fill up the rides before starting them. The knight ride fit 4 people per car (2 rows of 2) but the workers were only filling it by party - so if there were only 2 in your party they were just leaving the 2nd row empty make the line move so so slowly. It also got crowded very quickly. I would recommend going right at opening. Overall, fun 2.5 hours for a 2&5 year old but for the $100, we probably won't be back.

"Nice spot for young kids"

Decent spot in the Chicago suburbs. Nice layout, they had LEGO builds of the city with such buildings as Soldier Field and Navy Pier. A jungle area. A ride that allows you to shoot bats, ogres. It is a little pricey as no discount for young children. Buy tickets online and get a $3 discount. My 3 yo seemed to have fun and in the end that’s all that counts

"Over priced and a waste of your day."

If your kid is into legos, I would suggest buying a $80 kit ordering some pizza and enjoy building it at home. The food court was out of hot food items and the staff was very slow. The attendants at the front counter did not have any order to the lines and it ended up being a free for all on getting into the building
