Description

from Grand Celebration Tour
The Grand Celebration Helicopter Tour is our most in-demand tour from Las Vegas. The route of flight will take you over Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, extinct volcanoes, the Colorado River, and the scenic beauty of the Mojave Desert.

As you fly over the West Rim on the Hualapai Reservation, your helicopter will begin a 4,000-foot descent to the canyon floor. Take in the magnificent views of the massive walls and rock formations as you descend to the bottom. As you climb out of the helicopter, you’ll see the rushing Colorado River as it continues to carve the Grand Canyon like it has for over a billion years.

You will have ample time to explore the canyon floor and enjoy a light meal and a glass of celebratory champagne. Lunch is served under a “Ramada," a traditional Hualapai shelter offering shade and a picnic table.

We took the Grand Celebration tour with strip flyover. Pre departure (limo transfer), aircraft, pilot, and weather were perfect. Great weather, a nice lunch and lots of photos which still do not do the landmark justice. Truly a great tour which is costly BUT well worth it.... and we are sure glad we did it!!

Had a brilliant day flying over the canyon. Picked up and dropped back to our hotel. All the staff were great. The flight itself was wonderful. Our pilot was fantastic and kept us informed all along in the flight. The light lunch and champagne in the canyon was lovely. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

The pickup, tour and then drop off were all well timed and efficient. The tour itself was fantastic and Thomas our professional pilot and guide made it a blast. We (small family of three) would definitely recommend the tour if you're looking for a quick getaway from the Vegas strip.
