I booked a helicopter tour from Las Vegas to the Hoover Dam and over the strip 22 days in advance. while booking they ask you for your weight as they need to balance the helicopter. once I arrived for my tour we were informed that I entered my party of 2 weight incorrectly and they were overweight on the helicopter and unable to balance the flight they subsequently canceled our flight. I informed them that I absolutely entered the weight correctly as I made sure to weigh myself and the other person in my party did the same. They were insistent on it being my fault. They did offer a refund reluctantly, and after contacting Vegas.com, where I booked the tour and after doing some investigating, we found that I did give them the correct weight and that they lied to me and overbooked the tour and rather than canceling the other party of four they canceled my party of two. absolute incompetence and extremely poor customer service.

We flew with Papillon from Grand Canyon West Airport into the Grand Canyon, then took a boat tour on the Colorado River and then flew back. We also bought access to the West Rim viewpoints through them, alongside the Skywalk tickets and lunch. The whole experience was seamless and a highlight of our trip. We forgot about the time zone change between Nevada and Arizona, but the team were very accommodating. The pilots didn't say anything, but the guide in the Canyon was brilliant. We enjoyed the included lunch overlooking the Canyon. The Skywalk was very busy and the shuttle bus operation within Grand Canyon West not particularly smooth, but that isn't a Papillon operation. Overall I would thoroughly recommend them.

What a bucket list item to check off. I surprised my wife with this helicopter ride into the Grand Canyon using Papillon. They provide a shuttle from different casinos on the main strip in Vegas. Flights out of Boulder City. We booked two seats in the front for our flight into the Grand Canyon. On the way you go over Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. Our pilot Robin was excellent and provided good tunes and facts as we were flying back and forth. It was less than three and a half hours from pickup at the strip to drop off. While it was expensive it was worth it. Views are incredible and you get to sip bubbly and have some nibbles in the canyon. I checked three other companies, but this was the best deal with all included.

We had an amazing experience this morning flying to the Grand Canyon with Ally our pilot. Great fun and extremely knowledgeable about the journey giving us a lot of facts but also some real fun facts. It was my wife’s and my first experience in a helicopter and wow what an experience. From the moment we arrived at the terminal your staff were great. Ally is a great member of your team and a fantastic asset to for your company. Thank you Papillion for an amazing time this morning.
