"Comfortable stay, but at a higher price than you expect"

The room was nice and big, and very comfortable - had a really good sleep. Good aircon. Mobile checkout was easy and efficient. WIFI is fast But... Like the whole of Las Vegas, this hotel was not cheap and at the price, did not feel like value for money. The price quoted on is deceptive as the initial bold price excludes the mandatory resort fee and a high tax (all prices quoted in Vegas exclude ridiculously high taxes!). It does feel like they are looking to make money from you at every turn, and nothing is upfront. Be especially careful of the mini-bar - I appreciated that they warned me on check-in to keep far away from it and it is not a free fridge to store stuff in - open then door and expect another charge. The other thing you are not expecting is the mandatory $100 per day security deposit that does not get refunded immediately on checkout. Overall, much more expensive than you expect, but better than properties further north on the strip.

Ok, not the worst thing. Called housekeeping asking for a VIP cleaning which they did. Brought housekeeper and a manager. Then next day took a bath. While in bath was a dead gnat floating. Giving it 1 star as they pile on a $41.95 resort fee which gives access to pool, gym, and shoddy internet. And the $41.95 is taxed. Also small bottles water is $5.

The hotel was excellent, starting with the efficient and friendly check-in staff through to the easy check out process. The rooms were modern and clean. Although the hotel is towards the south end of the strip, there is a free tram to get you where you want to go.

The rooms are ok for being comp and staff is friendly generally speaking. I did have a rude gentleman at the mobile check in desk which I had to visit because the digital key stopped working. There wasn’t a VIP line at the front desk like it used to be and I had to wait in line for a long time for something that I should not have had an issue with in the first place(digital key stopped working). The other complaint is that I was told by the VIP services that I would get a club level section seat to George Strait, which was the main reason for my visit. I received nosebleed seats that I was guaranteed that I would not get. That was my biggest complaint. I understand that they’re free tickets, but I shouldn’t have been told they were better seats. Generally speaking drink girls are slow, although I did have a select few than were on point. I tip well so it wasn’t from lack of tipping.
