The staff from check in until you valet as you leave are always extremely helpful, courteous, and attentive. I've been here 7 times in 13 months and never had a bad experience. Tram service makes Excalibur, Luxor, Park MGM, New York New York, and MGM very accessible.

Huge resort...buffet was decent. Room was clean and comfortable. Electricity was out for at least one hour. I would expect backup generator...a bit overpriced. Lots to do if your'e into the nightlife.

"Beautiful rooms, poor customer service"

3 hour hotel power outage on January 18 and no communication from a staff member during or after. All power went out in rooms including phones and elevators. Forced to take stairs from 57th floor after waiting an hour hoping a backup generator would return power to elevators. Security guard said power was out on whole strip but that wasnt accurate. Had to inquire when power was back on, disappointed hotel staff didnt inform of us at any point. Also, after check out, we recieved a $13 charge from minibar, informed later that items have motion detectors....nothing was touched. Had to email request to resolve issue as customer service doesn't take live calls for billing disputes. Again, poor customer service...and a potential scam?

Outstanding Resort . Away from the Hustle and bustle of the typical Vegas Hotels , yet very easy to access the monorail to connecting Resorts and the Las Vegas Strip . Casino a little more expensive to gamble at , but less people , and higher class .
