The rooms were exceptional with all the amenities offered. They do turn down servuce but neglected our room. i’m told they place slippers and clean towels & water in rooms n the evening which would’ve been nice. There are resort fees & $49/day for parking. only valet offered but you can come and go at your leisure.. if you want to hang out poolside four seasons sits above the mandalay bay hotel & you will be using Mandalay’s beautiful pools . Staff were warm & welcoming . Spa is a day spa with steam room only but very nice just the same. The candle wax massage is a must! i will return as this is away from the main strip area at the far south end which is a wonderful retreat from hustle & bustle. I’d recommend this for a quiet retreat for couples only.

"More mid-level than luxury"

First time staying here. There are over 100 properties on the strip so it's not like they're hard to come by. There's a bunch of factors that make one hotel better than another but the first is rooms. The rooms are fine but they don't match their price point. In fact, most of the hotel doesn't. The pool is what you'd expect in lower priced hotel. Yes, they have access to Mandaly's pools but you're paying 45 a night extra for that. Then there's service. Good service can come at any level and paying more doesn't mean you're going to receive better. Also, at check-out there was a billing issue which they overcharged an extra night and said they would correct by end of day. Great. They had charged for 5 nights on a 4-night stay. After 7 days there's still no refund. I spoke to the hotel and they said give it another week to appear. I gave it 2 weeks and still nothing. I ask if they could send an invoice of the adjustment just so I know it's been done. That took a day to receive and on it there was no adjustment made. Call accounting back. They send me to a manager which then sends me to another accounts department. A simple error that would normally be corrected within a day or two took them 26 days to fix. Nothing terrible about the hotel, maybe the manager, but just a lackluster room, property and service that doesn't warrant a "luxury" label.

"Good but not up to the Four Seasons brand"

We stayed at the four seasons Las Vegas over the holiday. Period it was a fun family vacation filled with shows, dinners, and a tiny bit of gambling for the adult adults. The nice thing about the four seasons hotel in Las Vegas it's one of the few places where you feel like you can get away from the hustle and bustle. That said, this property did not live up to the four seasons brand more generally. The restaurant always had a 30 minute wait so that was a bummer. The café for grab and go was decent but not great. The rooms are fine, but a little dated. We rented the presidential suite for one night to see the New Year's Eve fireworks and it was great but felt like Donald Trump lived there in the 80s. The front desk was always crowded as where the elevator Banks The gym is fine, but a little weak for a four season resort. Granted, we stayed in the winter time but they have a pool and a hot tub and these should be operational all year long. Lots of kids around and it was super disappointing. They do have an operational hot tub, but it's the size of a postage stamp. At the exit between the elevator Banks and the gym, we noticed an employee smoking pot and it was kind of terrible. They should control this. The spy was OK but not great If you're looking to explore a little, you might want to go to a newer, nicer hotel.

"Awesome hotel, awesome staff"

This hotel is a repeat trip for us, many times over. It offers Las Vegas without the smoke or casino noise, and if you want that experience, it is literally just through a nearby door. To check into a high-end Vegas hotel without the craziness of Vegas, and having the ability to see shows, great meals, and the casino if you want it, makes this one of our favorite destinations. A few people that stand out - Robert, the bellman, who has been here for decades, is genuine, courteous, knows every hotel, restaurant, and the best places to go - he is a gem. Sharra, at the front desk, made our trip. I walked in, or I should say limped in, on a cane after a major spine surgery, and she was caring, empathetic, and gave us a beautiful suite to recover from my surgery. For which I am grateful. It is a typical 4-seasons resort, nothing short of extraordinary

Our stay was absolutely stunning. The Sunrise View Panoramic Suite on the 39th floor with 1,500 sqft was beautiful, high-quality, and the bed was—as always at the Four Seasons—exceptional. We slept incredibly well. The gym also deserves a mention; it has a great vibe, is very well-equipped, and the energy balls were delicious. However, the absolute highlight was the service. It was absolutely exceptional. I specifically want to highlight Leah, who was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, she won us over with her warm, heartfelt personality and provided us with an amazing treatment that really made us feel special. It is rare to find that level of genuine hospitality. That said, there are a few areas where the experience could be modernized: 1. Bathrooms: The toilets are not state-of-the-art. In this category, we really missed having Japanese-style washlets, which are in many other high-end properties. 2. Dining: While the food was good, the coffee and beverage options at the breakfast buffet were not up to par. The In-Room Dining was also good, but we have experienced better quality at other Four Seasons locations. 3. House Car: We found it a bit unfortunate that the house car service does not drop off at the airport. Since the airport is so close and seems to be within the 3-mile radius, that would have been a very pleasant and convenient extra perk for guests. A suggestion for the future: It would be great to see the hotel cater more to a younger, longevity-oriented demographic by offering more protein options (whey shakes, bars, creatine, etc.). This is a clear trend as people strive to live longer, healthier lives, and it will surely become a standard in luxury hotels soon. Would we recommend staying here? Absolutely, 5 stars.
