"Incredible Class, Among the Best Hotel Experiences in My Life"
TripAdvisor user rating 5.0 out of 5

The staff at this hotel was incredible. I have never been treated with such class and professionalism over many decades. Every single team member should be proud of their efforts and obviously the training is incredible. This hotel is an oasis within Vegas. I have stayed at Vdara for many years, as it is one of the few hotels not attached to a casino. The same is true of Four Seasons, but it is much more sequestered, but in a brilliantly clever way. Near the elevators to the rooms, there is a door that leads you into Mandalay Bay. But before you go through that door, you feel as if you are in a private, rarified space. You would barely know you are in Vegas, in terms of the quiet and serenity. The turndown and housekeeping service was beyond incredible. I made sure to leave around $4-5 bucks each morning and evening for housekeeping as a means of requesting a little extra attention, but whether or not that was a factor, the service was incredible. They organized my items and put ties on my charging cords during turndown. The room was recleaned and restocked. I had a rather embarrassing incident my last morning where I thought my iPad had been stolen while I was in the bathroom. Foolishly, I had failed to check the coffee area where I had in fact left it. Before this was discovered, I alerted staff to a potential theft. In a discrete but very conscientous way, they swung into motion including looking at footage. Upon finding it at the coffee stand, the most obvious statement in the world would have been "you left it at the coffee stand." However, all they did was very discretely hand me the iPad and indicate they had found it at the coffee stand. In short, every effort was made to avoid having me feel blamed for what was in fact a silly thing on my behalf that riled everyone up. What strikes me also is that the staff was not exuberantly friendly in some kind of flamboyant manner. Folks were very friendly, but in an entirely classy and even understated manner. I can scarcely imagine the training that went into all of this, but it paid off. I really enjoyed the mellow lobby were you could sit and have coffee in the morning or a drink at night. They also had fire pits going by the pool. What's important to note is that, as far as I can tell, the Four Seasons is part of the Mandalay Bay and is on the upper rooms. I was given a room on the very top floor. When they say "strip view," they mean in. This property is at the very beginning of the strip, so I had a panoramic view of the entire strip. The floor to ceiling windows made this even more mesmerizing. I have no idea how these rooms compare to those at Mandalay Bay, but my room was large and very well-proportioned. There was a shower and bathtub, and certainly touches like a bathrobe. In any event, the elevator blasts through the lower floors and there you are on floors 35 and up. The Four Seasons has a dedicated swimming pool, although guests can also use the Mandalay Bay pool. This helps with the feeling of a private oasis. In candor, the pool is not large -- it's pretty basic. I imagine the privacy would still come in handy. Due to the coolness of the weather, I did not swim. I have never stayed at a Four Seasons, so I don't know how it compares. However, the aesthetic of this property is not gaudy -- it's classy. The staff is the core of the experience. They believe strongly in their mission and nothing reasonable is spared in terms of making their guests feel pampered. This is easily in the top two experiences I have ever had at a hotel. It's also worth considering that with the large Vegas properties -- even the classier ones -- there appear to be significant inconsistencies in service. Which isn't surprising given the overall economy and the challenges of a huge property. This is a smaller oasis with serenity, tremendous quiet, and class in all respects. I am truly grateful for this stay and how I was treated.

Love this Four Seasons! The service is perfection and it's the only hotel we stay at in Las Vegas. We stay a couple times a year and it's always a pleasant experience. This past trip last month I need a little something special and Kalmeeta Solanky in the spa went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you FSV! See again soon

We have been coming to Vegas for 30 years, and this hotel is our new favorite. We have stayed multiple times this year and will be here several times in 2025. The service, accommodations, and 100% nonsmoking atmosphere makes the entire stay outstanding. Nicole, the director of rooms, has been so helpful for arranging our stays and helping with our room selection so it is perfect. The front desk team, housekeepers, and staff outside assisting with vehicles are also fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We look forward to coming back soon and staying with you again - thank you!

"Will Stay Again"

Great hotel at one end of the strip. I love how people talk about there's no casino - which is true - but there's literally a "trap door" to get into the Mandalay Bay casino. So, you get the best of both worlds at FS. You will be met by multiple people every time you arrive, return or depart. The rooms are quite large and recently re-done. The lobby and bar area are nice, smaller and quiet compare to what you find in LV. Weekend brunch is the legendary version this hotel brand has offered since the 1990's. We will definitely stay again. Easy check in and check out - similar to another hotel within a hotel along the strip. Buyer beware: The Spa Bar is no longer walk-in and traffic along the strip is at an all-time insane high.

"Decent hotel if you don't mind waiting 6 hours to get a room"

I arrived on a Friday afternoon at 5pm. I booked a Strip View room and upon check in was told the room wasn't ready. Was told they would rush and try to get it ready within the hour. An hour passed an it wasn't ready. I had a dinner reservation at 8 and seeing as I needed a room to get ready, I told the front desk that I would accept any available room. "Sorry sir, were at a high occupancy last night and fully booked tonight" I went online to check availability, and for the 3 nights that I was there all but Executive and One bedroom Suites remained. I was told that the only way I would get a suite would be to pay for the difference in rate. I refused and suggested that all I needed was a room for 30 minutes to change and shower . After that, I wouldn't require a room until after 11pm. Manager came out, apologized repeatedly but denied my request. I contemplated booking another hotel and cancelling this but again, the Four Seasons denied this and said I would be charged a full night penalty if I did. They checked my bags, I went to dinner. Came back at 11:35pm and the room STILL wasn't ready. I finally got keys at 11:55pm and without one single apology. Received a call from a manger the next morning to apologize. I asked for a rate reduction for the 1st night and she made it seem as if I was asking for a million dollars. 2 hours later and they agreed to a discounted rate. I understand rooms may be delayed, but it was the disinterested attitude from the management that made it unpleasant. (If the hotel is reading this, save the prewritten canned response. The matter has been settled and I don't wish to follow up any further)
