"Great Stay at the Luxor"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5
Reviewed December 07, 2019 NEW
We enjoyed a great stay at the Luxor. The location is great and the parking is great. Environment was great. Wish we had a fridge in the room. The pyramid rooms were very cozy and had a lot of room for a two and eight year old to run around in. We loved the ease of being able to go back and forth between three hotels without having to go outside. (It was very rainy and cold)

"Stay at the Luxor"

Excellent hotel and staff! The Luxor hotel is very nice. I stayed in the hotel suite in the East Tower. The suite room was larger than most that I have stayed at in the past. The living area has a bar area and a sink! The area is separate from the bedroom area. Very private feature. Also 2 televisions in each area! Beautiful and comfortable! Hotel staff very accommodating and attentive! Definitely recommend. 5 +stars!!! Book here for your next stay in Vegas!

"Don't Stay here they don't honors their own promotions."
TripAdvisor user rating 1 out of 5

We booked this room in part due to food credit that was given per night over other better situated locations. Despite the check in person explicitly writing down the food court as an eligible place to use the credit, we were told at check out the hotel was "not affiliated" with the hotel. This on top of the rediculous "resort fee" when the room lacks basics such as a TV remote. Just plain dishonest. Room was musky and outdated. Hair in the sheets. Would not stay here again!

"After we moved rooms it was great"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5
Reviewed December 07, 2019 NEW
When we arrived we were given a room in the pyramid which was tidy but dated and smelt awful of damp, you could feel the moisture in the air. So first impressions we were really disappointed and although it's not like any of us to complain, we just couldn't stay in that room so we phoned down to reception and they moved us straight away without question to the East Tower. Once in our East Tower room we were very happy. The rooms are quite a bit bigger and very modern. The location of this hotel is at the bottom end of the strip, so it's a 10 minute walk before you get to the place to be! There is a free tram service to save you walking but it doesn't save any time i wouldn't say. I'd stay here again providing i knew i wasn't going to be in the pyramid as i assume all rooms in the pyramid are dated and smell like the one we saw...
