Staff is very good always helpful. The place has good attractions seems like a famly place. Room was a bit small but how much time is one really going to stay in a room in Vegas. Place has a smell to it so does other hotels there on the strip not sure what it is and it wasnt a deal breaker by anymeans. Lots to do in that area and the hotel connects to the other hotels. The price was good and the gambling was fun not like back home(its different). Really like the m rewards so far. I gotta tell whoever reads this you wont believe how may starbucks there are around there, very cool. Car rental is close parking super reasonable and you can go to some of the other hotels and the parking counts.(you dont have to pay at each hotel as long as you stay withing that chain). I can get past the smell as the other benifits outweigh it.

"Good and bad"

This hotel has surely seen better days. The design does look special and majestic but when I arrived, the check in was terribly slow and the receptionist even put me in a room that was already taken by someone else. Afterwards she upgraded me to a more modern room which was much nicer but in the North tower. This was convenient for the uber pick ups. There was absolutely no water or anything else in the room. I could not even find a room service menu. There was a Starbucks close to my room which was good. In general, this hotel should be updated and the staff should be trained to offer much better service. The whole thing looked slightly abandoned and too expensive for what they offer.

Nothing has been done to update this hotel and an awful long time and it shows. Too much carpet has an old house smell just doesn’t leave a good feeling if you’re coming to spend any amount of time there.

I just immigrated to USA and this was by far the best experience I have had so far in the USA. The food at the buffet was very delicious. Awesome bars. Clean toilets. And smoking inside was my favorite part.
