"A Delightful Place To Stay In The Smokies"
November 2015
Our stay at Gatlinburg Town Square made us feel like we were right at home. The people were so nice and helpful. They were always trying to make us aware of the things that were available to us ; but not being pushy about it. The atmosphere was great! It was a nice family-oriented place with occasional wildlife slipping in to view., which was nice. It was somewhat secluded but in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc. Yet you still had your own privacy. The room was very clean and well maintained. The cost was very affordable and the packages you can purchase with your stay are very good deals. I am very pleased with Gatlinburg Town Square and I will definitely be returning! I've never met any nicer people than in Tennessee and that's why I keep returning!

When we were checking g into hotel we were told out room was rented out in error. They gave us a amazing upgrade, balcony, fireplace, bigger room and creekside. Each morni g we sat out and listened to creek babble. Do peaceful. The place was gorgeous! Walki g distance to food and entertainment. We brought coolers and they even had room service bring us ice for our day trips. Just a splendid stay!

"Great Experience"
October 2015
The check in was easy and quick. The room was better than we expected. We got an upgrade on the room we stayed in which had a kitchenette with pots and pans and a full set of dishes. It was completely unexpected. The resort had wonderful amenities and a great indoor pool. Just a short walk to the main strip. we were very happy with our stay and plan to return and will definitely use reservegatlinburg.com again.

"Great stay at a Great rate!"
July 2015
Booking with reservegatlinburg.com was a breeze, and the rate was incredible. Check in at Gatlinburg Town Square was quick and easy, and the resort surprised us with a free, room upgrade. Parking is a bit tight, so be prepared for that. It's a pleasant, downhill walk to downtown. If the incline is too much walking back up the hill, there is a trolley stop at the entrance to the resort. We took full advantage of the all-day, trolley wristband. Overall, we could not have been any happier with our stay.

"Don'[t stay in "B" side!"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5
Reviewed July 20, 2019 NEW
We were in a lock-off unit, and had the "B" side. We had multiple problems. The kitchen sink light didn't work, there was no stopper in the bathroom sink, furniture arrangement caused some inconveniences, etc. Hopefully the "A" side is better. BUT the location of the Town Square is very good. It is about a 10 minute walk to the busy downtown street, and right in the middle of it all! Since driving in Gatlinburg is a bear, this was a very nice plus. Speaking of bears, we saw 3 when we drove into the Smokey National Park, which is only a 5 minute drive from this location.

"Great location, needs improvements"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5

Town Square is in a great location, a few minutes walk to the main street and another few minutes to the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Staff here were fantastic and made our stay that much better. The rooms are a bit dark and the furniture could be lighter and smaller. Pool is a bit small and the gym needs a huge upgrade. It was quiet and comfortable. Our shower was the best I've seen in a long time. Gatlinburg is a fantastic town, perfect for those who have a lot of money to spend and for those who don't. Town Square has a kitchen, which allowed us to cook all of our meals without the need of going to over priced restaurants. However, be aware that groceries at Food City, just off town, are not cheap either. Overall, we had a great experience at Town Square. If you're not into the pool much or don't care for working out, you'll be staying at the right place if you choose Town Square by Exploria.

"5 days in Gatlinburg"

Reviewed July 16, 2019 NEW
It is now part of Exploria resorts just like the one in Branson MO. Old resort in need of much updating here and in Branson. The best thing about the property is it is close (walking distance)to downtown Gatlinburg. Which is a good thing because driving and parking downtown is a nightmare. bathroom and bedding seemed clean but the carpeting and sofa not so much. But.... we did not spend much time in the unit , ate out every meal , just there long enough every day for bed and bath. We had a great time in the Smoky mountains and Gatlinburg anyway.

We are staying in a studio room and it is actually not as small as I expected! Has a mini kitchen also. The only reason I didn’t give it a better review is that it has some ugly dirty carpet and the whole decor is pretty old. Definitely needs an update to this room.
