"A Delightful Place To Stay In The Smokies"
November 2015
Our stay at Gatlinburg Town Square made us feel like we were right at home. The people were so nice and helpful. They were always trying to make us aware of the things that were available to us ; but not being pushy about it. The atmosphere was great! It was a nice family-oriented place with occasional wildlife slipping in to view., which was nice. It was somewhat secluded but in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc. Yet you still had your own privacy. The room was very clean and well maintained. The cost was very affordable and the packages you can purchase with your stay are very good deals. I am very pleased with Gatlinburg Town Square and I will definitely be returning! I've never met any nicer people than in Tennessee and that's why I keep returning!

Each morni g we sat out and listened to creek babble. Do peaceful. The place was gorgeous! Walki g distance to food and entertainment. We brought coolers and they even had room service bring us ice for our day trips. Just a splendid stay!

"Great Experience"
October 2015
The check in was easy and quick. The room was better than we expected. We got an upgrade on the room we stayed in which had a kitchenette with pots and pans and a full set of dishes. It was completely unexpected. The resort had wonderful amenities and a great indoor pool. Just a short walk to the main strip. we were very happy with our stay and plan to return and will definitely use reservegatlinburg.com again.

"Great stay at a Great rate!"
July 2015
Booking with reservegatlinburg.com was a breeze, and the rate was incredible. Check in at Gatlinburg Town Square was quick and easy, and the resort surprised us with a free, room upgrade. Parking is a bit tight, so be prepared for that. It's a pleasant, downhill walk to downtown. If the incline is too much walking back up the hill, there is a trolley stop at the entrance to the resort. We took full advantage of the all-day, trolley wristband. Overall, we could not have been any happier with our stay.

"Very nice resort to experience Gatlinburg, TN and all it has to offer"

Clean accommodations, efficient and courteous staff as well as all who work at the resort. Few blocks walk to the downtown where there is so much to offer both adults and children. A lush valley surrounded by mountains. Amenities at the resort are good. Definitely would go back another time if we have the opportunity.

Overall: rooms nice even though kitchen not well equipped, staff nice, prompt attention to complaints but horrible parking if you have a large vehicle. Exercise room was 1 treadmill it looked like, but pools seemed nice and location was great. Now the details. Pros: 1 - Location. Was close to everything. 2 - We had a handicap access room. The handicap access bathroom in the Master bedroom was wonderful. So easily accessible for my handicapped sister, she loved the walk in shower! The tub in the 2nd bath had a slanted back and arm rest making it very comfortable and nice and deep for soaking. Overall the rooms were very nice except the kitchen wasn't very well equipped. 3 - The staff were all very friendly and polite. Now the Cons: 1 -The parking, if you have a full size truck or SUV it is HORRENDOUS!!! VERY narrow entrance to parking garage, tight turns with parallel parking spots at the end of the rows where you are trying to turn past making it even tighter to make the turns. They have limited parking for large vehicles on a top deck. But even though it's required to have a special parking pass to park there, they allow anyone (even those with small cars) to get one and don't enforce the parking passes anyway leaving even less spaces for those of us with large vehicles. 2 - The elevators. There are 2 on the end we used. The call buttons were next to only one. But the stairwell was between elevator 1 & 2. So you had to stand in the middle and make a run for the one that opened. And if you're handicapped as my sister is, that is unrealistic. On the 1st floor there is stairs/ramp between the two so very hard with a walker to make a dash to the one that opened if it wasn't the one you were by. 3 - Our dishwasher wouldn't open all the way. The maintenance man came in (promptly) and said "that's the way it's supposed to be, you have to tilt the bottom rack up to reach in and load at an angle." Never in over 50 years have I seen a dishwasher door that was only opened 2/3 rds of the way! But I will say that after I called the manager to complain they were very quick to send the head of maintenance up with the original guy and confirmed to us and the other guy that "no, that's not correct. It is supposed to open fully" and promptly fixed it. So due to the parking and elevators issues I would not recommend this property to anyone who can't sprint between the elevators or drives a large vehicle.

Stay in Cherokee. Gatlinberg is fun but crowded. Close to park. Sleeping hard. Windows don't open and the AC was filthy. 1/2 inch of dust on filter. They did remedy it at 9pm.20 spotlights from hotel next door. (We are from the country) Bathroom floor and fixtures dirty. Pool and hottub were in another building down the street.
