"No hot water and no heat"

Our first room was without heat. We were asked if we wanted to wait to get it fixed or move. We moved. The unit we were moved to did not initially have any hot water, that was fixed for one day and then it went cold again. If you go during any cold spurts please check your heating and for sure see if you have any hot water.

"somewhat disappointing"

Room was disappointing. Looked like I had time traveled back to the 1980's. Old looking carpet, and room was small for an efficiency unit. The staff were really nice and helpful, both at the front desk and the maid service. Helped us get switched to another room, we reserved an efficiency and first room wasn't.

"Rip off on cleaning fee"

We had to pay $400 cleaning fee and don’t understand why when our trash can was filthy with stuck on food, bathtub bar was half off the wall. I dropped a battery and it rolled under sleeper couch and it was sticky and filthy under there, besides the fact they told US WE had to empty trash. What was the $400 for? We probably won’t stay there again

Could be a nice place but it’s dirty. There is zero chance our place was cleaned prior to our stay. Floors were covered in dirt, hair, glitter, and furniture layered in dust. The finishing are decent. Just not well maintained. Outdated yes but if it were clean we wouldn’t have minded. Take pride in your place. Overall, stay was fine. Decent walking distance to activity. A bit noisy in the mornings with maintenance using leaf blower before 10 am 🙄.
