"Wonderful stay"

First of all I want to say great job Justin and Ronnie! They made checking in and out and all my questions in between easy and a Pleasant experience. They were just so nice! I don't always write reviews for hotels, but this one is definitely a good one! Checking in was a breeze, even though they were busy with a bunch of dancers, they all seemed pretty happy. They give you cookies when you get here too. That was great after a long drive. The Elevators are fast and that's definitely a great thing with the amount of floors. The room has plenty of room, especially if you were to need to put an air mattress down or a crib. It was clean and had plenty of towels for all of us. I'd like the room better without carpet but it's fine. Our favorite was the pool and the slides! The pool was very clean and not over chlorinated. It was pretty warm too. The snack bar there was great and the girl who was there was very nice. We had dinner at the restaurant our first night and my cheeseburger was great, juicy and medium like I asked. The trolley comes all the way up to this hotel and it's kinda of a trill going down the hill, those guys are awesome who drive them. We definitely saw bears up here and in the parking lot. Lock your cars they are smart.

I loved this place!!! the views are so beautiful and I loved being so close to everything without having to stay directly on the strip. the staff were super friendly and helpful and everything was so clean. the pool with the water slide was fun and the restaurant was reasonably priced with good food. I definitely recommend staying here and I cant wait to go back!

Excellent stay. Very clean, friendly, and welcoming. The staff go above and beyond. The restaurant is top notch and our server, Sindi, made our stay so memorable. She’s a gem! We felt right at home, visiting for a family wedding. We usually stay in Hilton properties and this one was one of the best! We’ll be back for sure!

"Not worth the stay"

Room was filthy. Dirty towel and bacon pieces on floor near beds and closet. I took the liberty to vacuum room myself. Consruction outside, rooms loud, n no where to walk your pet. Small grass spot that ridiculous. Driveway is not for walking

"Trolley Stop!!"

We've stayed here several times and are always pleased with the friendly and helpful staff. Food is very good. Rooms have always been clean and comfortable. You always have a great view. I would have given it 5 stars but it's time for some updating to the rooms. Also, maybe think about a microwave in each room instead of one on each floor. Always be bear aware! Great for catching the trolley to anywhere in Gatlinburg.
