Crystal took care of our set up details and she didn’t disappoint! When telling us about all of the amazing staff and accommodations they had she was 100% accurate!! Ashley in housekeeping was so friendly and helpful! Richard was so kind and happy to help in any way! Daniel helped with luggage and was so informative ! "Thank you so much, Crystal!"

If perfection ever checked in, this hotel handed it a room key and upgraded it. From the very first hello at the front desk, Ronnie set the tone. Warm, sharp, effortlessly professional, and somehow made the whole place feel like it was expecting me specifically. The kind of service that does not rush you but also never leaves you waiting. If hospitality had a heartbeat, it would be tapping politely on the counter right there. Crystal deserves her own paragraph and possibly her own statue in the lobby. Attentive without hovering, kind without being scripted, and genuinely invested in making sure every moment landed just right. She has that rare ability to make guests feel both taken care of and completely at ease, like everything is handled but nothing is forced. And the banquet staff? Absolute magic. Precision, grace, and teamwork that looked choreographed but felt natural. Every detail was flawless. Timing was perfect, the room was stunning, and the energy behind the scenes clearly came from people who care about what they do. It showed in every interaction, every smile, every smoothly executed moment. This is not just a hotel. It is a place where people take pride in creating experiences, not just stays. Ronnie at the desk, Crystal, and the entire banquet staff turned what could have been a simple visit into something memorable, seamless, and genuinely special. Five stars feel insufficient, but they will have to do. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This hotel offers the absolute best views! The staff is friendly. The indoor pool with slide is great for the kids after a long day of activities around town. Rooms are older and they could use some TLC to update but overall it’s a great hotel.

"Lovely Surprise"

Park Vista was a lovely stay for an impromptu getaway for the Pancakes with a Penguin experience at Ripley's Aquarium. It sits up a STEEP hill, and has beautiful mountain views if you reserve a room specific for mountain as well as city views. The employees were absolutely lovely. There is an $18 per day fee to park, however there is a free trolley that takes you to Gatlinburg, thus eliminating having to pay for parking downtown. You can also transfer to other trolleys going to Pigeon Forge for a small fee. My only "meh" was having to let the hot water in the shower run for about 5 minutes to get it hot enough. There is also a coffee bar from 7 a.m - noon in the lobby and she makes various lattes, etc with a small selection of pastries; absolutely tasty. I'd stay here again as it's close yet away from the hustle and bustle noise of downtown
