We had a fantastic stay at the Park Vista for a ministry conference. The view from our room was beautiful, the beds were super comfortable, and the food unbelievably delicious. The hotel staff are friendly and professional. Special shoutout to Ronnie at the front desk for going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Thank you. We’ll be back!

"Could not be happier!!!"

This hotel, by far, is the best we have ever stayed. Very comfortable and clean. The staff is fabulous. Ronnie at the front desk is absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. I love the hotel but people like Ronnie are what bring people back time and time again! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Ronnie at the front desk was amazingly attentive, and Phillip, the Director of Events, was highly capable and made our event truly spectacular! There is a free trolley that takes you down to the strip, so you don’t have to worry about parking in Gatlinburg.

First off all the hotel is good, only good. We will not be back and here is why. First, when you allow guest to smoke marijuana in the hotel and you say nothing you are not my kind of hotel. Second charging your guest for parking at a rate of $15 per day is absolutely ridiculous. I will be contacting Hilton concerning this.

Caught the security guard What seem to be jerking off in the elevator I will never be back cannot believe it honestly and when he was approached, he didn’t have nothing to say. I don’t understand what’s wrong with people nowadays sickening. I tell you zero stars for me for me.
