Sunrise Ridge is nestled in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee, and just a few miles from Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and the national park itself. You can lose yourself in nature’s wonder from your balcony or one of the resort’s three swimming pools. At Sunrise Ridge, there are no bad seats from which to watch a sunrise or sunset, see the fog that gives the Smokies their name, and enjoy the colors.

Of course, a trip to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a must. Enjoy camping, hiking, and rafting in the warmer months, skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and some of the most spectacular scenery found anywhere all year long. Live entertainment abounds, too, in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, where you can choose from a variety of shows, sip a bit of mountain moonshine, or visit the Hollywood Wax Museum.

Important Information

Notice: At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A $200 security deposit is due at check-in, and must be made on a major credit card. Cash and Pre-paid debit cards are not accepted. This amount is pre-authorized and will be released back after check out.
An $11 plus tax nightly resort fee plus tax is added to your stay and due upon arrival.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted. ADA-defined service animals are welcome.

Remember they charge an additional resort fee that is not part, but on top of the fees from RCI exchange rates.

The resort was clean and the room was comfortable and roomy. The views were breathtaking. The pools were clean and warm for the most part and not crowded. The staff was friendly and checked on us to ensure our stay was going good. The resort is close to everything in Pigeon Forge and Sieverville and pretty easy to get to and from.

Pretty nice place. Yes, the place would definitely benefit from some upgrades, but the place was clean, the shower felt amazing, the bedding (especially the pillows) was great and the mattress itself was decent. Love having the washer/dryer in the room and it’s always a plus having a kitchen. There is a smell in the air in the evenings from a waste center or something. That was kinda bad. But I would stay again as the views are nice and it’s roomy.

"Great area to stay in"

Unfortunately we had to stay in the 2 bedroom condo that was not updated but it had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor firepit in the evenings and our porch had a scenic view and was very serene. Only twice did the smell of the nearby landfill keep us inside but most of the week, there was no smell. Loud neighbors above us so that was annoying but other than that, we had a great week here. So quiet and out of town. Grocery stores/activities were only 5 minutes away but Sunrise Ridge was very quiet and peaceful!

Most amenities were not available. Rooms were old with old furnishings. Location of site was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful.We enjoyed the jacuzzi in the bathroom.
