Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed. ADA-defined service animals are welcome.

Parking: Self-parking is currently $28 per night plus tax. Beginning January 1, 2025, parking fee is $30 plus tax per night. Unfortunately, due to space, additional vehicles cannot be accommodated. A parking permit will be issued at check-in. You may leave your vehicle in the parking lot until 12:00pm on your departure day. You should move your vehicle to a Disney parking location if you will be visiting Disneyland past 12:00pm on your check-out date. RV and oversized vehicles that cannot fit in one parking space are not permitted. Parking is for hotel guests only.

My husband especially asked for a 4th floor room with a view of the fireworks for our special wedding anniversary. When we checked in I could see that wasn’t possible from room 416. My husband went back down and asked and was assured by the girl on the desk that they had complied with this request. I can hear the fireworks now but can’t see them. I don’t understand just say no, it isn’t possible, don’t lie to people, feeling very hurt and upset 😢

Everything is very clean and comfortable! The breakfast is very good with lots of options. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Easy and quick walk to Disneyland. I called ahead of time for a crib for our toddler, and they had one available for us soon after we checked in (including sheet and blanket). We booked a family suite, which was a great option for our larger group of extended family, and during the day we could hang out in one room while our toddler napped safely in the other room.

We always stay here when we go to Disneyland. We love it because it is close to the park, restaurants, 7/11…but this time, our hotel room had leftover popcorn and room key from a previous customer when we first got there. The hotel staff was nice enough to offer us a new room, but there’s one staff David, when I called him about the sink, plus popcorn and the key, his response was “well, about the popcorn and key, you can throw that away yourself”. Rude. All the other staff members tho, were very kind and helpful. We would still stay again when we go back to Disneyland.

This was a great location for our family when we were in Anaheim to visit Disneyland. While the hotel is starting to feel a little worn it is still a great place for families. The suites available are very family friendly, including bunk bed options! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They were willing to store our bags even after we checked out, which was helpful. Included breakfast was a highlight for our kids.
