Crowne Plaza Times Square is perfectly located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, between 48th and 49th Streets, just at the doorstep of Times Square. Just beyond the front doors are Fortune 500 companies and the best shopping, theater, and historical attractions in the city. Times Square, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, and the greatest musical theater are mere steps away. Central Park is 10 minutes’ walk away. The hotel is also steps away from the 49th Street underground station.

Crowne Plaza Times Square has over 25,000 square feet of private event space onsite, 28 meeting rooms, and two Ballrooms, including a 6,750 square feet Broadway Ballroom with 20-foot ceilings. Featuring city views, each room at the Crowne Plaza Times Square has a flat-screen cable TV, modern decor, plush bedding, a workspace, upscale bathroom amenities, and WiFi included for the nightly service fee. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, Broadway 49 serving craft cocktails, beer, wine and unique dishes. Grind'n Co Coffee on the first floor has a variety of beverages including Stone Street Coffee, as well as grab-and-go items.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome. Dogs or cats only weighing 40 lbs. or less are allowed. Pet owners must sign a waiver and pay $75 non-refundable fee. One pet pet room is allowed. Please notify the hotel directly prior to arrival if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are limited.

"Decent hotel in great location"

Stayed here for daytime use. Corner room was spacious, quiet, heated well enough and had nice views and good light. Gym in the hotel was decent. Great location right near Times Square.

"Great location/questionable costs"

The location is wonderful. You couldn’t be much closer to Broadway shows or Times Square. The room was clean and comfortable other than the inability to have much control over the temperature. We were all sweaty at night. My problem was the billing. I booked with a teacher online discount which was not honored at the desk at check in. They also hold an additional $150 dollars PER NIGHT which filled up my credit card max charge. At checkout there was a $77.00 charge on my account from a bar tab that my family never touched. The front desk said they would remove the charge only to have it added back onto my credit card two weeks later. I have left 5 messages with the billing department and 2 with the front desk manager, and no one will return my call or remove the charge. So, my advice is to be wary of business practices.

"Fun location in Times Square"

Great location, if you want to be always at Times Square. Easy access to all subway stations. They do not have a restaurant but had a market for breakfast. So not many choices of menu. If you are a globalist, almost nothing to expect for perks. Free breakfast at the market, and destination fee waived. There isn't a club. The Gym was nice and clean. They have free classes, so I advise to check the class list in the Gym as soon as you get there.

"Disappointing Stay"

Hyatt Regency Times Square – Disappointing Stay I expected a 4-star experience in the heart of NYC, but was let down: • No tea/coffee facilities at all – unusual for a hotel of this level. • Water bottles only free for elite members; confusing and unfair. • In-room safe dangerously placed in a flimsy drawer. • Elevators lacked proper security card access, plus clocks were inaccurate. • Paper cups instead of glass – poor sustainability choice. • Front desk refused to arrange airport transfer, pushing me to the doorman. Overall, the stay felt poorly managed and below the standards of a Hyatt property.

Very central to Times Square. Room very comfortable and the pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable. They were that good ive asked for the make of the mattress and pillows. Would definetly stay here again.
