Crowne Plaza Times Square is perfectly located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, between 48th and 49th Streets, just at the doorstep of Times Square. Just beyond the front doors are Fortune 500 companies and the best shopping, theater, and historical attractions in the city. Times Square, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, and the greatest musical theater are mere steps away. Central Park is 10 minutes’ walk away. The hotel is also steps away from the 49th Street underground station.

Crowne Plaza Times Square has over 25,000 square feet of private event space onsite, 28 meeting rooms, and two Ballrooms, including a 6,750 square feet Broadway Ballroom with 20-foot ceilings. Featuring city views, each room at the Crowne Plaza Times Square has a flat-screen cable TV, modern decor, plush bedding, a workspace, upscale bathroom amenities, and WiFi included for the nightly service fee. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, Broadway 49 serving craft cocktails, beer, wine and unique dishes. Grind'n Co Coffee on the first floor has a variety of beverages including Stone Street Coffee, as well as grab-and-go items.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome. Dogs or cats only weighing 40 lbs. or less are allowed. Pet owners must sign a waiver and pay $75 non-refundable fee. One pet pet room is allowed. Please notify the hotel directly prior to arrival if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are limited.

The ICON parking garage is conveniently located adjacent to the hotel. The parking area is operated by an outside company and parking fees apply.

Amazing location. In the middle of Times Square with restaurants and theaters around you. Amazing subway connection to get to meetings. I stayed there couple of years back and the rooms are so much nicer now after the renovation. Well done!

We had an amazing weekend stay at the Hyatt Regency Times Square. From the moment we arrived, the staff could not have been better—friendly, attentive, and welcoming across the board. The rooms are all new, spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The room was super quiet. Cue 48 was a great start to the day with excellent coffee and pastries, and the bar at night was just perfect. Comfortable seating areas with views overlooking Times Square made it such a fun place to unwind. Despite being right in the middle of everything, we felt very safe throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a NYC getaway.

I had high expectations for the Hyatt Regency Times Square since it is a new hotel with a great location but unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The water pressure in my room was very low, so if you prefer strong showers, this is not the hotel for you. There was no coffee machine or electric kettle in the room, which I thought was standard for a Hyatt Regency. You can request a kettle, but it depends on availability. My trip was a mix of work and leisure, and I was disappointed that the room design does not include a work desk and chair. What I found most unacceptable was the absence of concierge service. I struggled with ordering packaged food and managing my online shopping deliveries; you have to meet the delivery person in the lobby, or they will send them away. I had to painfully reschedule one of my delivery. I was also surprised that the hotel doesn’t have a full-service restaurant on-site. While there are many eateries nearby, I would have preferred the option to have dinner meetings at the hotel, especially during the bad weather (snowstorm). If not, they should allow guests to order food delivery, which is where a concierge service would be helpful. On a positive note, Cedrix (Filipino) at the front desk was incredibly helpful and did his best to make my stay more comfortable. Overall, my experience did not meet my expectations for a Hyatt Regency. I thought it was more of a Hyatt Place instead of a Regency. I hope the hotel can improve in these areas cause it has a great location and potential.

Perfect location, great welcoming, room impeccable and the view just amazing, the cleaning service on point, drinks and food with variety and good taste. I have to thank Bryan for the amenities and for making my birthday extra especial!
