Crowne Plaza Times Square is perfectly located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, between 48th and 49th Streets, just at the doorstep of Times Square. Just beyond the front doors are Fortune 500 companies and the best shopping, theater, and historical attractions in the city. Times Square, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, and the greatest musical theater are mere steps away. Central Park is 10 minutes’ walk away. The hotel is also steps away from the 49th Street underground station.

Crowne Plaza Times Square has over 25,000 square feet of private event space onsite, 28 meeting rooms, and two Ballrooms, including a 6,750 square feet Broadway Ballroom with 20-foot ceilings. Featuring city views, each room at the Crowne Plaza Times Square has a flat-screen cable TV, modern decor, plush bedding, a workspace, upscale bathroom amenities, and WiFi included for the nightly service fee. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, Broadway 49 serving craft cocktails, beer, wine and unique dishes. The hotel staff was friendly, professional, and prompt in addressing hospitality needs. The room was clean and tidied each day. The bathroom tub was slippery, but a bath mat was provided upon request. The bathroom didn’t have a hand towel hook, so it could use more of those. There was a blow dryer and steamer in the room. The room temp stayed regulated but unable to change, so we were too warm in the night.

Just got back from an amazing girls trip and had to share our experience at the Hyatt Regency Times Square! The location truly can’t be beat — easy walking distance to Times Square, Broadway shows, and Fifth Avenue shopping. It made getting around the city so convenient. The rooms were surprisingly spacious (which is hard to find in NYC!) and very clean. Even better, the noise level was minimal — we were right in the heart of everything but still able to relax and sleep comfortably. We requested connecting rooms for our girls trip, and they were happy to accommodate us. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking to stay right in Times Square while still enjoying comfort and space!

The hotel was in a ideal location for us just on the step of times square clean and warm the reception people were very informative and polite my only grumble was that it was my daughters 21st birthday we emailed the hotel about this and asked if they could do anything to make it special and also in person on the day before her birthday to ask if anything could be done to her room unfortunately nothing materialisd which was disappointing 😞 the bar staff were really helpful and a big shout out to the bell boy (man)who got a transfer taxi 🚕 back to the airport he was amazing 👏

We LOVED this hotel. The location couldn't be any more perfect. We requested an early check-in and they easily accommodated us. It is close to subway entrances. You can see part of Times Square from your room. Very highly recommend.
