Crowne Plaza Times Square is perfectly located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, between 48th and 49th Streets, just at the doorstep of Times Square. Just beyond the front doors are Fortune 500 companies and the best shopping, theater, and historical attractions in the city. Times Square, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, and the greatest musical theater are mere steps away. Central Park is 10 minutes’ walk away. The hotel is also steps away from the 49th Street underground station.

Crowne Plaza Times Square has over 25,000 square feet of private event space onsite, 28 meeting rooms, and two Ballrooms, including a 6,750 square feet Broadway Ballroom with 20-foot ceilings. Featuring city views, each room at the Crowne Plaza Times Square has a flat-screen cable TV, modern decor, plush bedding, a workspace, upscale bathroom amenities, and WiFi included for the nightly service fee. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, Broadway 49 serving craft cocktails, beer, wine and unique dishes. Grind'n Co Coffee on the first floor has a variety of beverages including Stone Street Coffee, as well as grab-and-go items.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome. Dogs or cats only weighing 40 lbs. or less are allowed. Pet owners must sign a waiver and pay $75 non-refundable fee. One pet pet room is allowed. Please notify the hotel directly prior to arrival if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are limited.

"Up to the standards of Hyatt Regency"

Recently stayed 3 nights for business travel. Nicely rennovated facilities (July 2025) with a decent size of room. Check in and out process were very smooth and staff were professional and kind to meet the member's requests. Since the rooms and facilities were recetnly renovated the overall atmospere was very pleasant and clean. Higher floor room is well protected from broadway theaters' big noises and sleep quality was an above average.

"The management at this hotel are pigs"

This is has to be one of the worst experiences in my life at a hotel. I didn't have hot water for several days. I talked to the front desk and they said they sent someone up to fix it. On the fourth try, I met the engineer and he checked their system and discovered they front desk never reported it. When I spoke to the manager, I told him that I was Autistic and that I didn't feel safe in his hotel. He told me that it was a personal problem and none of his concern. On top of that, the wifi didn't work after the first day. I ended up speaking to another manager and got the same loaded answer as the first. I can't believe a hotel chain would allow management to treat people with special needs this way, it's appauling. The really sad thing is that Hyatt won't do anything about this becaue one person doesn't matter to them. This is why I love boutique hotels, they care.

Daniel and Victoria went above and beyond to make our time special! We were celebrating several birthdays and they made sure to care for us. We loved the view from our rooms as well as the water and helping us with our air! Can't wait to come back!

"Good value"

Good value in the heart of Times Square. The hotel was renovated used to be an older crowne olaza. Still no restaurant or snack shop which is a negative. AC system in both our rooms would not work. Rooms are new and modern. Bonus of driving as their is covered entrance to at bit parking is $130 per night. Considering pricing in Manhattan the fact that rooms are all new and hotel is real clean, and you are near anything you need, we can look past some of the inconveniences.
