Crowne Plaza Times Square is perfectly located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, between 48th and 49th Streets, just at the doorstep of Times Square. Just beyond the front doors are Fortune 500 companies and the best shopping, theater, and historical attractions in the city. Times Square, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, and the greatest musical theater are mere steps away. Central Park is 10 minutes’ walk away. The hotel is also steps away from the 49th Street underground station.

Crowne Plaza Times Square has over 25,000 square feet of private event space onsite, 28 meeting rooms, and two Ballrooms, including a 6,750 square feet Broadway Ballroom with 20-foot ceilings. Featuring city views, each room at the Crowne Plaza Times Square has a flat-screen cable TV, modern decor, plush bedding, a workspace, upscale bathroom amenities, and WiFi included for the nightly service fee. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, Broadway 49 serving craft cocktails, beer, wine and unique dishes. Grind'n Co Coffee on the first floor has a variety of beverages including Stone Street Coffee, as well as grab-and-go items.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome. Dogs or cats only weighing 40 lbs. or less are allowed. Pet owners must sign a waiver and pay $75 non-refundable fee. One pet pet room is allowed. Please notify the hotel directly prior to arrival if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are limited.

I was extremely pleased with the service. I want to thank Sandra E at the front desk for going above and beyond her duty so I could have a pleasant stay at the Hyatt Regency Times Square. She really understood my predicament and worked with the team so ensure my stay was great and I was able to get to work efficiently. Thank you and have a great holiday, Sandra!

"Unbeatable Views, Small Room Service Hiccups"

I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Times Square. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were warm and professional. The room was clean, modern, quiet, with a very comfortable bed. The location is unbeatable - right in the heart of Times Square yet safe and comfortable. The only drawback was the repeated delay in receiving basic room amenities, like bathroom mats, which required multiple calls. Improving the speed of housekeeping requests would make the experience even better. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely return. Highly recommend for comfort, convenience, and great service in New York.

"Clean, spacious rooms, and a perfect location in NYC!"

Hyatt Regency Times Square was the perfect choice for our Thanksgiving vacation. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was so attentive and welcoming. The location is ideal, centrally located to everything we wanted to see/do in NYC. It was just a short walk to Rockefeller Center. We got up early and were able to walk to a great spot for the Thanksgiving Day parade. Much better deal to stay where we stayed and walk about 5 minutes to get a parade spot. The rooms were very spacious compared to others in NYC and the area felt very safe. There is an amazing Italian restaurant right next to the hotel called Da Marino, definitely recommend going there. Lots of other food and shopping options just steps from the hotel as well. Also a great location if you're attending a broadway show, we were able to easily walk to our theatre. We plan on staying here on every future trip to NYC, already looking at dates to come back to the Hyatt Regency this summer.

great location, nice room very expensive, room was nice but beds are TINY. my wife and I could not sleep together on one of them, each of us slept with one of our small kids and even that was tight. NOTHING in the hotel was open. no bar, no restaurant, no anything other than checkin. otherwise lobby was empty with closed areas it is right in the heart of time square so you are paying for location and a nice clean room there is a resort fee , not sure what it is for...

"Good and Not So Good"

Location is fantastic; easy walking distance to shows, food, shopping and fun!! The remodel is very attractive and the room comfortable; although the temperature wouldn’t go below 72 no matter what the setting (prefer 67). Better attention could have been given to functionality (lack of trash cans beside the bathroom vanity, awkward placement of shampoo/soap dispensers and tub faucets, lack of a full length mirror). Restaurant was not opened yet so no Globalist breakfast but the coffee provided in the lobby was very good. We used a SUA and experienced an extended delay in checking in due to a late checkout in our assigned room. Occupancy was very low and there were many other suites available we could have been given. We didn’t get our keys for our room until after returning from a Broadway show. The start of our stay wasn’t the best but NY is always fun and we had a great trip.
