Crowne Plaza Times Square is perfectly located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, between 48th and 49th Streets, just at the doorstep of Times Square. Just beyond the front doors are Fortune 500 companies and the best shopping, theater, and historical attractions in the city. Times Square, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, and the greatest musical theater are mere steps away. Central Park is 10 minutes’ walk away. The hotel is also steps away from the 49th Street underground station.

Crowne Plaza Times Square has over 25,000 square feet of private event space onsite, 28 meeting rooms, and two Ballrooms, including a 6,750 square feet Broadway Ballroom with 20-foot ceilings. Featuring city views, each room at the Crowne Plaza Times Square has a flat-screen cable TV, modern decor, plush bedding, a workspace, upscale bathroom amenities, and WiFi included for the nightly service fee. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, Broadway 49 serving craft cocktails, beer, wine and unique dishes. "Great place to stay close to Times Square"

Very nice Hotel located right next to Times Square. Staff is very proffesional and helpful. The rooms are of an older design and not as spacious as some newer properties but you arent there to hang out in your hotel room its New York you will be only there to sleep.

This hotel tried to tell us we hadn’t paid We showed them our booking after 30 minutes they ssid sorry When we left they said we hadn’t paid showed them our booking they went away Came back 20 minutes later one ssid no you haven’t paid the other person ssid apologies you have We paid the taxes and left Roll on a few days later hotel took the money from our account fir the accommodation No one wanted to help got the rig na roll in the end had to contact credit card who I’m glad to say got our money back Will never ever promote this hotel or stay in one associated with it as it was a disaster from we arrived to we left Avoid at all costs

⭐️ 1-Star Review – Unproven $500 Smoking Charge After our stay at a Hyatt Regency, we were charged $500 for a vape detector allegedly activating in our room. This accusation is false. No one in our party smokes or vapes, and there was no smoking of any kind during our stay. When we disputed the charge, we asked for documentation or proof. The hotel refused to provide any evidence (such as a report, timestamps, or verification) and would not reverse the charge. This experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. Charging guests such a large fee without providing proof creates a situation where customers have no way to defend themselves. I would urge future guests to be cautious.

"Very close to Broadway Shows"

The Hyatt Regency Times Square is very close to every major Broadway musical -with 3-4 blocks at most. It is also close to Rockefeller Center and Radio City. With chilly December temperatures it was very nice to be so centrally located to every major event we had scheduled. When we needed it we were easily able to get an Uber or access the subway. The hotel was very clean and professionally staffed for security. We had a very good stay and I will book at this hotel again in the future when attending Broadway shows and pizza hunting.
