Crowne Plaza Times Square is perfectly located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, between 48th and 49th Streets, just at the doorstep of Times Square. Just beyond the front doors are Fortune 500 companies and the best shopping, theater, and historical attractions in the city. Times Square, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, and the greatest musical theater are mere steps away. Central Park is 10 minutes’ walk away. The hotel is also steps away from the 49th Street underground station.

Crowne Plaza Times Square has over 25,000 square feet of private event space onsite, 28 meeting rooms, and two Ballrooms, including a 6,750 square feet Broadway Ballroom with 20-foot ceilings. Featuring city views, each room at the Crowne Plaza Times Square has a flat-screen cable TV, modern decor, plush bedding, a workspace, upscale bathroom amenities, and WiFi included for the nightly service fee. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, Broadway 49 serving craft cocktails, beer, wine and unique dishes. Grind'n Co Coffee on the first floor has a variety of beverages including Stone Street Coffee, as well as grab-and-go items.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome. Dogs or cats only weighing 40 lbs. or less are allowed. Pet owners must sign a waiver and pay $75 non-refundable fee. One pet pet room is allowed. Please notify the hotel directly prior to arrival if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are limited.

"Perfect location for a family trip over the holidays"

Our family of 4 traveled to NYC for the holidays to see all the Christmas deor, tour the city, watch a few shows and tour some college campuses. This Hyatt location was close to everything in Mid-Town and along Broadway without feeling like you in the middle of the chaos. Very close to Central Park and both the Upper West & East side and easy to acces Subway stations connected us to other areas we wanted to visit quickly and easily. The room was perfect for 4 people - clean, spacious for a NYC property and the lobby was in beautiful condition.

Excellent experience with staff and the hotel. The remodel adding a restaurant and more seating are welcome additions. Location is absolutely amazing and the staff are wonderful. Rooms run very warm at nigh, so if you are an individual that likes to sleep in a cool room, not an option. AC will not work in individual rooms during the winter, so you are at the mercy of the heating system. Other than that, wonderful experience and would highly reccomend for the location and staff.

Very nice Hotel located right next to Times Square. Staff is very proffesional and helpful. The rooms are of an older design and not as spacious as some newer properties but you arent there to hang out in your hotel room its New York you will be only there to sleep.

This hotel tried to tell us we hadn’t paid We showed them our booking after 30 minutes they ssid sorry When we left they said we hadn’t paid showed them our booking they went away Came back 20 minutes later one ssid no you haven’t paid the other person ssid apologies you have We paid the taxes and left Roll on a few days later hotel took the money from our account fir the accommodation No one wanted to help got the rig na roll in the end had to contact credit card who I’m glad to say got our money back Will never ever promote this hotel or stay in one associated with it as it was a disaster from we arrived to we left Avoid at all costs
