Dine at Redtrees Restaurant & Bar, featuring casual American cuisine with a Pacific Northwest flair. Indulge in seafood specialties or enjoy local beer, wine, and cocktails. Not fond of the crowd? Room service is available daily from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM and 6 PM to 10 PM.

Hotel services and amenities such as a 24-hour front desk and concierge desk, ATM/cash machine, luggage storage, optional daily housekeeping, and wake-up service are offered for ultimate convenience.

"Extremely slow lifts"

Location is great, check in was easy but I didn't think they guy was very welcoming or friendly. The hotel is within walking distance to all the popular attractions. Our room was ok, beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was very loud and I kept switching on and off. The bathroom was dated, had a bath to step into and a shower curtain. The sliding door didn't close properly and the fan wasn't very effective. If you need to be anywhere at a certain time, you will need leave 15mins earlier than expected, as that is how long you will need to wait for an elevator. Extremely slow, is an understatement. On day of check out we were leaving for a cruise, along with a lot of other guests and they had 1 person doing checkouts, which was ridiculous considering the amount of people. If your cruise company or travel agent are booking a hotel for you before or after your cruise, I would suggest staying somewhere else.

"Convenient!"

We’ve stayed here 4 times, in 4 rooms, in August and September. All beds were too soft and not enough support for us as we like firm beds. If you like soft beds, then this hotel is perfect for you. The room, bathroom, closet and surface areas are ample and clean. It has all the conveniences, a safe, fridge, a good hairdryer, etc. in the room as well. Plus two water bottles for us! The hotel is centrally and conveniently located within walking distance to tasty food, such as Freya Bakery & Cafe on Union x 5th, and, Din Tai Fung Restaurant (get on waitlist ahead of arrival!) inside Pacific Place Shopping Center on Pine x 6th. Ferry terminals are nearby. The attached large parking lot is an added bonus. We recommend this hotel, but be forewarned of soft beds. (To the hotel management: please offer FIRM beds! Thanks!)

"Only redeeming quality is clean rooms."

Clean room and good location. That's about it. Was double charged for the room, almost impossible to get the charge reversed. Room service was wrong. Was told they would refund me, still haven't. The worst is that 2/3 of the elevators were down the entire stay, super long wait times. Never again.

"Could have been great, but..."

This is a nice hotel, but it has 1 working elevator. We were on the 24th floor, so taking the stairs with luggage was not an option. I ca can not believe we paid as much as we did and had to deal with this! We waited a good 15 minutes , and the elevator was packed like a can of sardines!!

"Not a good experience"

We stayed 1 night before our cruise and 2 nights after. The rooms were fine, clean and nicely decorated. The staff on the other hand were very rude and not at all helpful. I think they need some customer service training. While we were there 2 of the 3 lifts were out of order which made it extremely difficult, there was no signs to inform us of it. Although location was very good wouldn’t recommend staying there.
