We came upon this hotel after we experienced an issue with our car on the way home from the airport. We had all of our luggage and pup in tow and needed to find a place to stay well after midnight. To say the staff working overnight went above and beyond to accommodate us in an understatement. I travel often for work, and the experience we had with Liz and Sebastian was incredible. They offered us a discounted rate given the ordeal with our car, found us a good parking spot to allow easy access for the tow truck, and Liz was so sweet with our dog, offering cookies and so much love after such a long night. Checking into the room, the accommodations were beautiful. Incredibly clean, modern, and super comfortable. The next morning, Sebastian had a to-go breakfast for us ready to go to help make our morning easier. Not only did they go above and beyond with their customer service, the kindness and warmth they showed us during such a stressful evening makes me a customer for life. To Sebastian and Liz, thank you for being such wonderful people. We will never forget you and hope you know how much your thoughtfulness meant to us.

Soonja at the front desk was helpful to my every need. She made me feel comfortable and welcome the moment I walked into the hotel. The rooms are spacious and in excellent condition. A thoughtful breakfast, pool, and hot tub make this hotel are icing on the cake. Last night we rode the light rail, which is easy and close, into downtown and had a wonderful time, not having to worry about parking.
