We had a great stay the hotel is very central with most things in walking distance. The reception team very helpful, the room itself was spacious clean and comfortable we also used the parking there was plenty of spaces with a charge of 30USD. The breakfast included in the room rate and there was a good selection I would recommend if visiting Seattle

"Great location, great staff - WAY too much noise!"

We were visiting as a family and booked two double Queen rooms. We are Hilton Honors members but received no acknowledgment of that, perks, discounts, etc. from the hotel. In spite of that, I have to say that the staff were all terrific, very friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. The hotel was clean, excellent location, and breakfast was fine. We appreciated the fresh water in the lobby as well. The TV in one of our rooms broke twice but not the end of the world. The largest issue -- which essentially ruined our stay -- was the noise. This hotel is just poorly constructed and SO NOISY. We could hear EVERYTHING -- the floors in our rooms and bathrooms squeaked when we walked, we could hear people walking on the floor directly above us, every conversation in the hall was also easy to hear and understand. We could hear TVs through the walls from several rooms down the hall, cell phones ringing in other rooms at all hours, music in other rooms on our floor. It didn't seem like this was due to loud and/or impolite guests, just bad sound-proofing in the building. This was true when we arrived on Thursday, when the hotel was less busy and pretty quiet in terms of foot traffic, and far worse on Saturday when it was *very* busy. Needless to say, we did not sleep well at all. Also, the water pressure in the showers was terrible. Really disappointing stay. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location on our next trip to Seattle and would not recommend it to others based on the noise and water pressure issues. The staff were great, though, and did everything they could to make us feel welcome and comfortable -- it's not their fault the building itself is such low quality.

"Nice hotel near the Space Needle"

The Hampton Inn & Suites is located near the Space Needle. Staff is very friendly. The rooms were small, but very clean. The room had wifi and refrigerator. The breakfast room did not fit a lot of people, but there was an extra room for hotel guests to sit down the hall on the 3rd floor. The parking garage fit smaller cars, but there are parking spots outside for people who have taller or wider motor vehicles. We would consider staying at this hotel again.

"Good Short Break"

Stayed here for 4 nights and found it very enjoyable. Our room was a Studio Suite and it had loads of extra space, plus the well equipped kitchen. We also used the foldaway bed and even with that there was still plenty of space. Overall, the room was clean, comfortable and a nice place to stay. Breakfast and all day coffee were available in Reception and both were a good standard. The Fitness Room was ok and had the basic equipment. The only minor issues I would flag are that the car parking can get full if you return late back to the property. Also, the location is great for the Seattle Center but it is a fair distance from the main downtown area. Finally, the property has an unusual layout, it almost feels like its 2 properties joined into 1. All minor points though. Overall a nice place to stay and what you come to rely upon from Hampton Inn.
