"Great show with not-great theater staffing"
TripAdvisor user rating 5.0 out of 5

The Rockettes remain a national treasure and all 7 or 8 of their numbers were fantastic. This show was non-stop entertainment, and made excellent use of technology to augment live performances. Definitely a great experience, and not just for children and families. I do agree with other reviews that the entry staff and process were disastrous -- although there were marked "lanes" all lines converged into chaos, with staff shouting rudely. I also was disappointed that a few audience members seemed to film the entire performance, holding their screens up, distracting for everyone but themselves; and no staff in sight between numbers to police this.

"Spectacular show at Christmas"

We did the Christmas show in December and it was brilliant! I don’t normally like shows but it was impressive and my wife loved it! We bought tickets direct and they weren’t too expensive even on the 3rd mezzanine the view was great! So people were filming on their phones which was distracting, they should be more strict on this. It was very busy but we got drinks and popcorn easily, line for the toilets at the end was long though. Lovely art deco style lobby, you can bring normal size back packs in.

"Beautiful show, but interruptions with late comers"

Beautiful entertaining show. The only annoyance was when show started people were still coming in looking for their seats blocking your view. Very disruptive the late comers. They should close the doors at start time.
