"Airport Shuttle Service"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5
Reviewed March 30, 2026 NEW
My partner and I booked our trip to Oahu through Costco Travel, and Roberts Hawaii was the shared airport shuttle service provided. The large coach buses were nice, clean, had comfortable seats, and were air conditioned. The shuttle service from our hotel to the airport at the end of our trip was excellent. The shuttle was right on time, and the bus driver was professional and friendly. The reason behind my 3 start review is for our experience getting picked up at the airport. We were given specific instructions via email prior to our arrival that someone with a red shirt would be waiting for us at baggage claim with a sign. No one was waiting for us at baggage claim. Luckily an airport employee directed us towards the area for pre-scheduled ride share and shuttle services. We recognized the Roberts Hawaii signage and approached the large coach where we found the bus driver and employee that was supposed to be waiting for us at baggage claim sitting inside the area where luggage is stored chatting and vaping. They acted confused and disorganized when I told them we had a shuttle ride to our hotel with them. After finally figuring out that we were on their list of people arriving at the airport, they pulled out 2 leis from a grocery store bag and welcomed us to Hawaii. The shuttle drive to our airport was fine, but had we not figured out where the shuttles were located, we would’ve paid $90 for an Uber.
