Do all participants need to sign a waiver before participating?

Yes, all participants must sign a waiver prior to participation. Minors must have a parent/guardian present to sign for them.

How long is each tour?

The Half Zipline takes about 1 hour, while the Six Zipline and combo tours run 2–3 hours.

What should I wear?

Closed-toe shoes are mandatory. Wear comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities.

Are food and drinks available?

Beverages and light snacks are available for purchase at the park’s gift shop. Food trucks may also be present in the parking lot on select days.

I’ve never been ziplining before, do I need experience?

No prior experience is needed. Coral Crater's friendly, professional guides will assist you throughout your entire tour—from fitting your safety gear to guiding you through each zipline. Just come ready for fun and adventure.

How physically fit do I need to be?

Guests should be reasonably fit to enjoy the tour. Some walking is required between ziplines, including a short uphill section. Trails may have loose footing, rocks, or roots. These tours are not recommended for individuals with back or neck injuries or mobility challenges. Guests must be able to carry 15 lbs throughout the tour. Coral Crater may cancel participation if there are concerns about a guest's physical well-being.

What is the maximum weight allowed to participate?

The maximum weight limit is 275 lbs. All guests are weighed at check-in. Guests over the limit will not be permitted to participate and will not receive a refund.

What is the minimum age to participate?

The minimum age for ziplining is 6 years old, with a minimum weight of 40 lbs. To drive an ATV, guests must be at least 18 years old. ATV passengers must be at least 6 years old.

My children are under 60 lbs, can they go ziplining?

Yes, children weighing between 40–60 lbs can participate but must ride tandem with a guide. Please select the "Tandem Child – 40–60 lbs" ticket option when booking.

Can my child under 12 participate without me?

No, guests under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a participating adult during all activities.

I’m pregnant, can I participate?

Congratulations! However, for safety reasons, Coral Crater does not recommend pregnant women participate in any of their tours.

What if some of my group do not want to participate?

Non-participating guests are welcome to relax in the park’s shaded, turfed area with picnic tables while others enjoy the activities.

Can I have an ATV to myself?

The park's ATVs are two-seaters and operated on a double occupancy basis, which means that if you want it to yourself you will have to reserve an empty seat when booking. Please keep in mind both participants will have an opportunity to drive and be a passenger (as long as age and driver's license requirements are met).

What if it’s raining?

All tours run rain or shine. Conditions such as high winds and lightning may require the park to suspend and reschedule your tour.

Do I tip my guide?

Tipping is customary if you’re satisfied with your guide’s service. A gratuity of 10–15% is typical. Guides accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App directly. Coral Crater does not collect tips on behalf of guides.
